Information typically needed at your application:
- Residence address for past two years
- Landlord/Mortgage Co. mailing address, account number for previous consecutive two years
- Employers names and addresses for past two years
- Names, addresses and account numbers and balances of all monthly payments on all open credit obligations. Minimum monthly payment also needed.
- Addresses and loan information on other real estate owned if applicable.
- Last two years W-2's and most recent pay stubs
- Your personal check for cost of credit report and appraisal.
- If VA loan, certificate of eligibility or your DD-214 form.
- If self employed, last 2 years federal tax returns, YTD profit and loss statement and balance sheet. Corporate returns, if applicable.
- Additional information may be required.
