 Villagio is a 15 lot subdivision located in Apex, North Carolina, with custom built new homes starting in $400,000's. Lots range in size from 1/4 to 1/3 acres. We anticipate the lots becoming available early Fall 2008.
The developer, Empire Contractors, Inc., is also a local custom builder with whom Chuck & Cindy have worked for many years.

Empire Contractors is currently building at Creekside Commons in Apex. Empire Contractors, Inc. has built in various locations throughout the Triangle in price ranges from $150,000 to $1 million.
