I have used Cindy and Chuck to purchase two properties and also to sell two properties. They really know what they are doing. Because of their preparation like the video tour, etc. both of our sales occurred within a week of listing. They are great help on purchasing also.

Chuck and Cindy were unbelievably helpful and patient in helping my husband and I find a new home where we will raise a family. We had so many silly questions, and they were always so quick to answer and help keep us on track to make sure we got the keys to our perfect house! Throughout the entirety of the process of buying a home, Chuck and Cindy were very matter of fact, sensitive, and patient all at the same time. We really felt like they were looking out for us. We were also on a very strange schedule of only being able to work on "house stuff" on nights and weekends and Chuck and Cindy were so quick to accommodate our schedule (We put in an offer on a house at 9PM!) From start to finish, Chuck & Cindy have been constantly available via either email, phone, or text. We are dreaming of spending forever in our new home, but should we need to move in the future for any reason, we will definitely be calling Chuck & Cindy!!

Chuck and Cindy are the best real estate team in the area! I found and fell in love with my very first home over Easter weekend and THREE days later I was under contract. The power of a team! Before we choose an agent we interviewed a few people and quickly realized that two was better than one. Chuck & Cindy compliment each others talents well.
