They gave us the valuable suggestions while negotiating with builder. I think Chuck and Cindy are very honest. They give their honest opinions and enables buyers to make the independent decisions. Chuck and Cindy are best agents I have ever worked with and I have had 6 houses so I know what I am talking about. They get to know what you are looking for, both in buying and selling and never disappoint. They really care about the clients; something that not all agents do. Overall, their "process" was smooth and relatively stress free for our family, which I attribute to the considerable amount of time that they spent, providing guidance and answering our many questions. If one was tied up with a personal or client matter, which is understandable, the other would quickly follow-up and was fully in the know about our situation.
