Chuck and Cindy sold our house for us in 2012. There was a signed contract within a month after the listing. We subsequently had mega trouble with the buyers being totally unreasonable and out of control to the point that the buyers' agent was exasperated with her clients. I was VERY glad we had these two as agents as they worked very hard to keep everything from deteriorating and from me losing my sanity.

5 stars are not enough for Chuck and Cindy. We are very fortunate that we have had their expertise in the many transactions made over the last couple of years. When I get an opportunity to recommend their services to friends and family, I do not hesitate.
