We worked with Chuck and Cindy to quickly sell our home for a last-minute work relocation. It had been a long time since we had last purchased/sold a home, so it was a relief for our listing to be in their very capable, expert hands. Overall, their "process" was smooth and relatively stress free for our family, which I attribute to the considerable amount of time that they spent, providing guidance and answering our many questions. Looking back on our experience, I really appreciate that Chuck and Cindy do in fact work as a team and coordinate with each other very well. If one was tied up with a personal or client matter, which is understandable, the other would quickly follow-up and was fully in the know about our situation.
