Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. I am not sure that it could have gone any better with any other realtor that I have ever heard of.

I worked with Chuck and Cindy in 2009/2010 on the attempted sale of my home. While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time. I worked for his business in high school and part time after graduating from UNC. So I am overly familiar with the home buying and selling process. For me to say that Chuck and Cindy are two of the best realtors I have worked with is a very high compliment with a lot of experience and knowledge supporting my claim.

After relocating to the Raleigh area from Connecticut in 2010 for work, we were clueless as to what the Triangle had to offer. We found that Chuck and Cindy were extremely knowledgeable about the area and they did an awesome job at helping us to pinpoint a location based on our criteria and the needs for our family. Unfortunately, we faced a little bit of a hiccup and were forced to put our house hunting search on hold due to an unforeseen change in our financial situation. Chuck and Cindy stuck by us every step of the way, and in the end helped us find an amazing home to call our own in 2011. Buying or selling a home can sometimes carry emotions, happy and sad, we couldn't have been more happy to know we had agents who had our back. If you want realtors who have your best interest at heart, Chuck and Cindy are who you'll want to work with.

We have used Chuck & Cindy's services both in selling and in buying (and selling and buying and selling!!) our home(s) in Apex and Raleigh--and even Sanford (where, although they were not as familiar with the market, they drove us around and showed us listed homes, using the office of an affiliated agent). We've recommended them to others, including both family and friends, who have, in turn, used them and recommended them to others; they're like a chain letter that actually pays off!! In all seriousness, they are, without question, the best brokers/Realtors we've ever used--and we used many before we met them, and one since we moved to SC a few years ago. Chuck and Cindy never met a stranger, and never met a buyer or seller for whom they could not find a suitable property. Their clients become their friends, and remain friends for life. Chuck & Cindy make the process of buying and selling (or selling and buying, or either) as painless and easy as it can be, from day 1 through closing; they take care of everything, either personally or through a vast array of service-providers in their network--painters, plumbers, electricians, handymen and so forth, mortgage brokers and lawyers--in fact, anyone you might need during the sale or purchase process. Chuck & Cindy are the only brokers/Realtors we'd ever use if we were looking to buy or sell property in the Triangle or the surrounding area.

I was moving to NC from AZ by myself for a new job and needed help finding a rental property. I only had a couple of weeks to find a place, and rent it site unseen. Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time. Cindy even provided helpful input about potential areas that I had found online by myself. Cindy helped make my move easy and I will definitely use her again when I am ready to buy a house here in NC.
