Chuck & Cindy are the only brokers/Realtors we'd ever use if we were looking to buy or sell property in the Triangle or the surrounding area.

If one was tied up with a personal or client matter, which is understandable, the other would quickly follow-up and was fully in the know about our situation.

Not only I am a first-time home buyer, but I am a foreigner, so you can imagine how confused I was about the whole process. Chuck and Cindy guided me through all the process and were extremely patient with all my queries. When visiting a house they thought and let me know of tons of details that would have never occurred to me in order to make the best decision.
