None better in terms of market knowledge, honesty and integrity. They were very helpful in terms of negotiating the contract details and providing opinions as to what was necessary to sell the residence.

After relocating to the Raleigh area from Connecticut in 2010 for work, we were clueless as to what the Triangle had to offer. Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome.
