Chuck and Cindy are great and I would highly recommend them to assist with selling your existing home or buying a new home. They are an extremely efficient team. We sold our house in 48 hrs and for more than the asking price. They also are a great fountain of knowledge for local trades people to get any work done at your new house.

When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved.
