His experience includes selling large new construction neighborhoods -- both acreage and general brokerage resale homes. He brings the strength of local contacts and a wealth of new construction experience to the partnership.
Energetic and entrepreneurial, Cindy identifies with the buyer who's "not from around here." An Atlanta native, she relocated to RTP more than 40 years ago, raising her grown children here and holding a wide variety of leadership positions in the local school system and community at large. A highly respected relocation expert, Cindy is also a Top Producer, and has also been admitted to the Leading Edge Society, the President's Circle and the Chairman's Circle. Research, marketing, community connections and focus are what she provides to the partnership.
Kristin Wilson is Chuck and Cindy's listing/closing assistant and marketing director. She's originally from Minnesota but moved to North Carolina in 2007 from Maryland to find more affordable housing and to start a family. Kristin has two young girls, a knowledge of area activities, parks and community organizations and has been in real estate for more than 14 years but has been with Chuck and Cindy since 2015. Her background is in writing/journalism but she's not afraid to get dirty and learn something new. She is the "i" dotter and the "t" crosser and is frequently in the office "holding down the fort" while the rest of the team is out selling and listing houses.

We closed on our townhome with Chuck and Cindy in December 2017, and we couldn't be happier! They were always available to help with questions and concerns. Chuck and Cindy sold our house for us in 2012. There was a signed contract within a month after the listing. We subsequently had mega trouble with the buyers being totally unreasonable and out of control to the point that the buyers' agent was exasperated with her clients. I was VERY glad we had these two as agents as they worked very hard to keep everything from deteriorating and from me losing my sanity.
Chuck and Cindy made the entire process smooth and easy. They listened to our needs and delivered. And always were very helpful and prompt to respond.
Cindy worked with us on both ends of our home purchase in Cary -- buying in 2005 and selling in 2009 when we moved back home to Michigan. We were extremely pleased with both their expertise and their helpfulness, especially on the sale, which turned out to be more difficult than expected. They really stepped up to the plate and made sure that what needed to be done got done under a very tight deadline for the closing. We couldn't have gotten it done without the experience and hard work that they both provided.
