Research, marketing, community connections and focus are what she provides to the partnership.
Originally from Charleston South Carolina, Merry Ann Cutler has lived in North Carolina for 30 years and loves calling this her home. Her background prior to real estate was finance and sales management for Toyota.She has been representing buyers and sellers in the Triangle Area of North Carolina for 30 years as a full-time REALTOR. She has worked with those locally and those relocating. This is the profession she loves, working with folks and helping them achieve their goals and beyond.

Kristin Wilson is Chuck and Cindy's listing/closing assistant and marketing director. She's originally from Minnesota but moved to North Carolina in 2007 from Maryland to find more affordable housing and to start a family. Kristin has two young girls, a knowledge of area activities, parks and community organizations and has been in real estate for more than 14 years but has been with Chuck and Cindy since 2015. Her background is in writing/journalism but she's not afraid to get dirty and learn something new. She is the "i" dotter and the "t" crosser and is frequently in the office "holding down the fort" while the rest of the team is out selling and listing houses.

Not only I am a first-time home buyer, but I am a foreigner, so you can imagine how confused I was about the whole process. Chuck and Cindy guided me through all the process and were extremely patient with all my queries. When visiting a house they thought and let me know of tons of details that would have never occurred to me in order to make the best decision. I was particularly impressed by their availability, we visited houses and had calls at all times of the day. It's been about 6 months since I purchased my house and they continue to be in touch, just to see how everything is going and even to give me a pie for Thanksgiving! I would definitely recommend them!
After relocating to the Raleigh area from Connecticut in 2010 for work, we were clueless as to what the Triangle had to offer. We found that Chuck and Cindy were extremely knowledgeable about the area and they did an awesome job at helping us to pinpoint a location based on our criteria and the needs for our family. Unfortunately, we faced a little bit of a hiccup and were forced to put our house hunting search on hold due to an unforeseen change in our financial situation. Loved working with Cindy. She was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We looked at many houses before finally choosing the one we bought, and Cindy was patient in the process! We ended up loving the new home that we purchased and the neighborhood was perfect for us. We were so impressed with Cindy that we listed our home with her when we moved in 2009. Chuck & Cindy have sold 4 homes for us. They have become very dear friends, actually family, to our whole family.
