An Atlanta native, she relocated to RTP more than 40 years ago, raising her grown children here and holding a wide variety of leadership positions in the local school system and community at large. Research, marketing, community connections and focus are what she provides to the partnership.
Originally from Charleston South Carolina, Merry Ann Cutler has lived in North Carolina for 30 years and loves calling this her home. Her background prior to real estate was finance and sales management for Toyota.She has been representing buyers and sellers in the Triangle Area of North Carolina for 30 years as a full-time REALTOR. She has worked with those locally and those relocating. This is the profession she loves, working with folks and helping them achieve their goals and beyond.

Kristin Wilson is Chuck and Cindy's listing/closing assistant and marketing director. She's originally from Minnesota but moved to North Carolina in 2007 from Maryland to find more affordable housing and to start a family. Kristin has two young girls, a knowledge of area activities, parks and community organizations and has been in real estate for more than 14 years but has been with Chuck and Cindy since 2015. Her background is in writing/journalism but she's not afraid to get dirty and learn something new. She is the "i" dotter and the "t" crosser and is frequently in the office "holding down the fort" while the rest of the team is out selling and listing houses.

Chuck and Cindy sold our house in Apex last year and assisted us in the buying and building process of our new home. They helped us through every step, from being honest with us about what we needed to do to sell our home to helping us negotiate a purchase prices and being there for every meeting during the construction of our new home. Also, Chuck and Cindy are both very warm and friendly personally and always get back to you right away with any questions/concerns you have. We have used Chuck & Cindy's services both in selling and in buying (and selling and buying and selling!!) our home(s) in Apex and Raleigh--and even Sanford (where, although they were not as familiar with the market, they drove us around and showed us listed homes, using the office of an affiliated agent).
