An Atlanta native, she relocated to RTP more than 40 years ago, raising her grown children here and holding a wide variety of leadership positions in the local school system and community at large. A highly respected relocation expert, Cindy is also a Top Producer, and has also been admitted to the Leading Edge Society, the President's Circle and the Chairman's Circle. Research, marketing, community connections and focus are what she provides to the partnership.
Originally from Charleston South Carolina, Merry Ann Cutler has lived in North Carolina for 30 years and loves calling this her home. Her background prior to real estate was finance and sales management for Toyota.She has been representing buyers and sellers in the Triangle Area of North Carolina for 30 years as a full-time REALTOR. She has worked with those locally and those relocating. This is the profession she loves, working with folks and helping them achieve their goals and beyond.

Kristin Wilson is Chuck and Cindy's listing/closing assistant and marketing director. She's originally from Minnesota but moved to North Carolina in 2007 from Maryland to find more affordable housing and to start a family. Kristin has two young girls, a knowledge of area activities, parks and community organizations and has been in real estate for more than 14 years but has been with Chuck and Cindy since 2015. Her background is in writing/journalism but she's not afraid to get dirty and learn something new. She is the "i" dotter and the "t" crosser and is frequently in the office "holding down the fort" while the rest of the team is out selling and listing houses.

We recently closed on our first home! Chuck and Cindy made sure the entire process went as smoothly as possible! When we hit a hiccup, they made sure to keep us posted on every update, from as small as, “there is no update yet”, to as large as “it’s time to close!” and everything in between! They let us know what steps we needed to take, and how to make the home buying process as easy as possible! They are both very knowledgeable, and very easy to reach! They have a wealth of knowledgeable that comes with years of experience, anything you need to help you with your new home they "know a guy!"... Would highly recommend both of them!
Cindy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She handled everything with ease and always responded so fast via phone or email. She is the nicest woman and hands down the best realtor in the area. About 2 years ago, Chuck and Cindy were recommended to me by a friend who'd recently had a great experience with them. I decided to check them out and I'm so happy I did because they helped me find my first home, which was so much more than I was expecting and in a wonderful area. They made the whole process a snap and made the experience of buying a home for the first time a lot less scary. Both of them are very flexible and extremely accessible, so even if you work all day, they'll find time to make something work for you. I don't have family in NC, but they were truly like family throughout the whole process of finding my home. They don't push you in any one direction and are genuinely interested in making you happy. It was a great experience over all and when I sell my home a few years down the road, they've already got the job as far as I'm concerned. I love living in my house now, but when it comes time to sell it, I'm confident they'll find a buyer with a great price and I know the process with be just as nice as the first. If you need help buying or selling your home, talk to these guys; you won't regret it.
We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns). Next home we buy/sell, will definitely be with them. We could not be more pleased.
