His experience includes selling large new construction neighborhoods -- both acreage and general brokerage resale homes. Energetic and entrepreneurial, Cindy identifies with the buyer who's "not from around here." An Atlanta native, she relocated to RTP more than 40 years ago, raising her grown children here and holding a wide variety of leadership positions in the local school system and community at large. A highly respected relocation expert, Cindy is also a Top Producer, and has also been admitted to the Leading Edge Society, the President's Circle and the Chairman's Circle. Research, marketing, community connections and focus are what she provides to the partnership.
Kristin Wilson is Chuck and Cindy's listing/closing assistant and marketing director. She's originally from Minnesota but moved to North Carolina in 2007 from Maryland to find more affordable housing and to start a family. Kristin has two young girls, a knowledge of area activities, parks and community organizations and has been in real estate for more than 14 years but has been with Chuck and Cindy since 2015. Her background is in writing/journalism but she's not afraid to get dirty and learn something new. She is the "i" dotter and the "t" crosser and is frequently in the office "holding down the fort" while the rest of the team is out selling and listing houses.

I have used Cindy and Chuck to purchase two properties and also to sell two properties. They really know what they are doing. Because of their preparation like the video tour, etc. both of our sales occurred within a week of listing. They are great help on purchasing also.
