An Atlanta native, she relocated to RTP more than 40 years ago, raising her grown children here and holding a wide variety of leadership positions in the local school system and community at large. A highly respected relocation expert, Cindy is also a Top Producer, and has also been admitted to the Leading Edge Society, the President's Circle and the Chairman's Circle. Research, marketing, community connections and focus are what she provides to the partnership.
Kristin Wilson is Chuck and Cindy's listing/closing assistant and marketing director. She's originally from Minnesota but moved to North Carolina in 2007 from Maryland to find more affordable housing and to start a family. Kristin has two young girls, a knowledge of area activities, parks and community organizations and has been in real estate for more than 14 years but has been with Chuck and Cindy since 2015. Her background is in writing/journalism but she's not afraid to get dirty and learn something new. She is the "i" dotter and the "t" crosser and is frequently in the office "holding down the fort" while the rest of the team is out selling and listing houses.

Chuck and Cindy sold our house for us in 2012. There was a signed contract within a month after the listing. We subsequently had mega trouble with the buyers being totally unreasonable and out of control to the point that the buyers' agent was exasperated with her clients. I was VERY glad we had these two as agents as they worked very hard to keep everything from deteriorating and from me losing my sanity.
Loved working with Cindy. She was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We looked at many houses before finally choosing the one we bought, and Cindy was patient in the process! When I make reference to my realtorS (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high.
