12 Oaks is a new construction community that has been building single family homes since 2007. In 2015, homes in 12 Oaks sold between 270k and 885k, ranging from 3-6 bedroom homes with around 1900-4900 square feet so you have a lot of options! 12 Oaks is a golf course neighborhood with a pool, clubhouse, parks and trails, a community garden, and lots of community activities from which you can choose – including cooking classes, story time for the kids and social dance classes. They are still building with a variety of builders, but there are many resale homes to choose from, too.
