After relocating to the Raleigh area from Connecticut in 2010 for work, we were clueless as to what the Triangle had to offer. When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Chuck and Cindy were extremely helpful to me as a first time home buyer. They guided me through a process that I knew nothing about. There are many more hurtles to clear than I expected but they did a great job of keeping me informed of what was coming next. It could have been an extremely stressful process with a less responsive, prepared agent. I would certainly recommend and use again.
