Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords. We got on much better deal on these two houses than we did with prior purchases mainly because of their excellent negotiating skills. I was nervous about purchasing a home and Cindy made it so easy and stress free. We looked at a LOT of homes, and Cindy could immediately tell if it was the house for me or not. She is so knowledgeable about the entire triangle area and will investigate things you would never think of – like if development is forthcoming. She’s always looking out for your best interest. Each time I found a house I was interested in, I’d asked Chuck to advise me about any issues with the house. He is such an expert on every aspect of home maintenance, that I was fully confident if was the perfect home for me when I made my offer. They are an amazing team & the only realtors I would use or recommend.
