I moved to Raleigh/Cary knowing no one. When I started my home search, I reached out to Chuck and was blown away by the results. It had been a long time since we had last purchased/sold a home, so it was a relief for our listing to be in their very capable, expert hands. They quickly listed our home, with the latest industry bells and whistles, and generated a lot of buyer traffic. They sold our home in less than 24 hours. Overall, their "process" was smooth and relatively stress free for our family, which I attribute to the considerable amount of time that they spent, providing guidance and answering our many questions. Looking back on our experience, I really appreciate that Chuck and Cindy do in fact work as a team and coordinate with each other very well. If one was tied up with a personal or client matter, which is understandable, the other would quickly follow-up and was fully in the know about our situation.

I worked with Chuck and Cindy in 2009/2010 on the attempted sale of my home. While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time. I worked for his business in high school and part time after graduating from UNC. So I am overly familiar with the home buying and selling process.
