My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Cindy and Chuck buying our home in Apex. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. They listened very closely to our needs/wants for a home and helped make sure we didn't settle for a house that did not meet those requirements. We had to bring our 1 years old with us to almost every appointment and they were always more than accommodating. I would absolutely use Cindy and Chuck the next time I buy/sell a home!

Chuck and Cindy were simply amazing! They listened to our wants and needs and provided outstanding results. We needed a smaller home and budget, and Chuck and Cindy came through. They never tried to push us toward a home larger (or more expensive) than we needed, and always treated us fairly and with respect. Chuck had an incredible depth of knowledge and experience with home inspections and what to look for as far as the safety and soundness of the property. Cindy was amazing at tackling the logistics of VA home buying. To have the both of them as a team on our side made the process so much less stressful and so much more successful. Chuck and Cindy are great and I would highly recommend them to assist with selling your existing home or buying a new home. They are an extremely efficient team. We sold our house in 48 hrs and for more than the asking price. They also are a great fountain of knowledge for local trades people to get any work done at your new house.

After interviewing a few agents, my husband and I decided to work with Cindy and Chuck. Our first home buying experience was not good, so we we were skeptical and worried about how we would be treated, and concerned no agent would ever look out for us. But Cindy and Chuck were great to work with. Most of our time was spent with Chuck as he loves to drive you all over Wake county until you find the right house! We sometimes worried we were taking forever to find our home but Cindy and Chuck were patient, not like other agents we have encountered. They understand it takes time and stick with you like you are still a new client throughout the process. Cindy met us several times as well, but her specialty with us was explaining all the legal terminology in the contracts and really taking charge of the business/legal side of things. She also showed us one house and said “this house has problems, let’s go” before we even went upstairs, which was awesome! Both of them were very available. I worked in real estate for about 14 months in another state and I learned more from Chuck & Cindy than I did from my classes, broker, and my own selling experiences. Chuck and Cindy have also been available to us since, to make recommendations for home contractors. In the end, we found what we think is the perfect house for us, in a town we didn’t think we’d be in – and we love it! We highly recommend them.
