I could not be more excited to be in my new home. When it came time to search and view a possible new home, Chuck and Cindy were there 100% of the time for me! I've never seen a team quite like Chuck and Cindy. I needed to sell my property ASAP and looked on Zillow to find representation. I submitted three inquiries and Cindy called me back within hours - I was in their office the next day getting the paperwork together to list. They talked about their process, teamwork, service level, etc....they under-sold themselves because their service was above and beyond what they told me. Out of the gate their recommended price point to sell fast was spot on (24 hrs) and negotiation skills got us above asking. They coordinated directly with my tenants for access, they did home visits to pick up and drop off checks/paperwork, they took the home inspection to a contractor immediately and presented a fair quote within days and even did a power of attorney to complete the closing in our absence all without additional fees. Overall you can't find a better team to assist you if you need to sell and I look forward to working with them again in the coming years!

We bought a new construction property. Chuck and Cindy were very patient throughout the process. They took the time to explain the buying procedure for new construction homes. They gave us the valuable suggestions while negotiating with builder. I think Chuck and Cindy are very honest. They give their honest opinions and enables buyers to make the independent decisions. I think that is very important to me as a buyer. I would highly recommend Chuck and Cindy as agents.

When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.
