Chuck and Cindy were extremely helpful to me as a first time home buyer. They guided me through a process that I knew nothing about. There are many more hurtles to clear than I expected but they did a great job of keeping me informed of what was coming next. Chuck and Cindy sold our house for us in 2012. There was a signed contract within a month after the listing. We subsequently had mega trouble with the buyers being totally unreasonable and out of control to the point that the buyers' agent was exasperated with her clients. I was VERY glad we had these two as agents as they worked very hard to keep everything from deteriorating and from me losing my sanity.
