Not only do Cindy and Chuck know the area very well, but they get to know their clients wants and wishes also, so they are not wasting your time showing you listings that you would have no desire to view, much less buy. Chuck and Cindy sold our house for us in 2012. There was a signed contract within a month after the listing. We subsequently had mega trouble with the buyers being totally unreasonable and out of control to the point that the buyers' agent was exasperated with her clients. I was VERY glad we had these two as agents as they worked very hard to keep everything from deteriorating and from me losing my sanity.

She reviewed properties for me daily as they came on the market and was able to notify me quickly of a townhome that fit my exact needs in a neighborhood where homes were coming off the market in under a week. She provides excellent customer service and prompt responses. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Even after my purchase, her team still kept in touch to find out how I was doing.
