Chuck and Cindy were instrumental in identifying and scheduling contractors and tradesmen to perform needed work within the needed time frame. Everything was handled pleasantly and professionally.

We recently closed on our first home! Chuck and Cindy made sure the entire process went as smoothly as possible! When we hit a hiccup, they made sure to keep us posted on every update, from as small as, “there is no update yet”, to as large as “it’s time to close!” and everything in between! I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me.
