They get to know what you are looking for, both in buying and selling and never disappoint. They really care about the clients; something that not all agents do. Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords. We got on much better deal on these two houses than we did with prior purchases mainly because of their excellent negotiating skills. Our experience with Chuck and Cindy was excellent. They are both great realtors and also great listeners. They helped us clearly identify our wants and needs before we ever stepped foot into a home. We are 100% satisfied with our experience. From start to finish, they were extremely attentive and always responsive when we had questions or wanted to see different homes. They were very patient with us and helped us find our perfect home even when I was convinced the perfect home was not to be found! We had one home fall through and I was devastated.
