Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. I am not sure that it could have gone any better with any other realtor that I have ever heard of.

They were able to get me through that very difficult time with a wonderful sense of humor for which I am tremendously grateful. When it came to my finding a new home - WOW! they nailed it! They knew exactly what I was looking for before I did (they listened very closely to my comments each time), and made that purchase a breeze. These two are a dream team - without equal.

Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time.
