They took what we wanted and set up several homes for us to visit that were also inside our price range. We fell in love with the house and are still currently living in it. The process was so smooth and we would definitely recommend working with Chuck and Cindy. If we ever decide to move elsewhere in the area we will most certainly contact them again.
