Not only I am a first-time home buyer, but I am a foreigner, so you can imagine how confused I was about the whole process. Chuck and Cindy guided me through all the process and were extremely patient with all my queries. When visiting a house they thought and let me know of tons of details that would have never occurred to me in order to make the best decision. I was particularly impressed by their availability, we visited houses and had calls at all times of the day. They were always available on our time schedule and made us feel like we were their only clients and we were the most important on their list of many clients. Very professional and fun people!
