Chuck and Cindy have been excellent throughout the whole home buying process. They understood our needs very well and went above and beyond our expectations. They were very knowledgeable about our search area and were able to let us view homes on the same day that we requested. I would not go with any other real estate team, they are the best.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Cindy and Chuck buying our home in Apex. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. Cindy is an absolute spark plug and this team really plays off each other's strengths. While one is showing houses, the other is doing research and calling listings agents, the town of Apex for info or any number of things. I am confident we will find the right investment property when the right one comes along -- I wouldn't dream of working with another agent. I really trust these two.

Chuck and Cindy were unbelievably helpful and patient in helping my husband and I find a new home where we will raise a family. We had so many silly questions, and they were always so quick to answer and help keep us on track to make sure we got the keys to our perfect house!
