While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time. I worked for his business in high school and part time after graduating from UNC. So I am overly familiar with the home buying and selling process. For me to say that Chuck and Cindy are two of the best realtors I have worked with is a very high compliment with a lot of experience and knowledge supporting my claim.

Not only I am a first-time home buyer, but I am a foreigner, so you can imagine how confused I was about the whole process. Chuck and Cindy guided me through all the process and were extremely patient with all my queries. When visiting a house they thought and let me know of tons of details that would have never occurred to me in order to make the best decision. I was particularly impressed by their availability, we visited houses and had calls at all times of the day. It's been about 6 months since I purchased my house and they continue to be in touch, just to see how everything is going and even to give me a pie for Thanksgiving! We closed on our townhome with Chuck and Cindy in December 2017, and we couldn't be happier! They were always available to help with questions and concerns.
