They never tried to push us toward a home larger (or more expensive) than we needed, and always treated us fairly and with respect. Chuck had an incredible depth of knowledge and experience with home inspections and what to look for as far as the safety and soundness of the property. Cindy was amazing at tackling the logistics of VA home buying. To have the both of them as a team on our side made the process so much less stressful and so much more successful. Chuck and Cindy went above and beyond in helping us find our house. We could not have been happier with them. Chuck was quick with booking appointments at the houses we wanted to see. He is very knowledgable about construction so he warned us about any possible issues he noticed at the prospective homes. When I make reference to my realtorS (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved.
