Chuck and Cindy were tremendous and an absolute pleasure to work with. Not once did we feel pressured to overspend or settle and we always felt like they had our best interests at heart. They had a deep knowledge of the area, born out of years of experience and we able to help us make an investment in an area we feel good about. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at.
