When I make reference to my realtorS (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Chuck and Cindy went above and beyond in helping us find our house. We could not have been happier with them. Chuck was quick with booking appointments at the houses we wanted to see. He is very knowledgable about construction so he warned us about any possible issues he noticed at the prospective homes. He answered every single one of our many questions and was quick to respond emails, texts and calls. We both work long hours so Chuck not only book all our inspections and but also attended every inspection on our behalf. We truly felt like he was looking out for our best interests. We will recommend him to all our friends and will definitely choose to work with him next time. Chuck and Cindy are true professionals.

I moved to Raleigh/Cary knowing no one. When I started my home search, I reached out to Chuck and was blown away by the results. Even though I was buying a home that was less then half of what Chuck usually sells, I was treated like I was buying a $500K house. Over the past 6 years, Chuck has always been a resource for me helping me to find legal services and accounting help. After interviewing a few agents, my husband and I decided to work with Cindy and Chuck. Our first home buying experience was not good, so we we were skeptical and worried about how we would be treated, and concerned no agent would ever look out for us. But Cindy and Chuck were great to work with. Most of our time was spent with Chuck as he loves to drive you all over Wake county until you find the right house! We sometimes worried we were taking forever to find our home but Cindy and Chuck were patient, not like other agents we have encountered. They understand it takes time and stick with you like you are still a new client throughout the process. Cindy met us several times as well, but her specialty with us was explaining all the legal terminology in the contracts and really taking charge of the business/legal side of things. She also showed us one house and said “this house has problems, let’s go” before we even went upstairs, which was awesome! Both of them were very available. I worked in real estate for about 14 months in another state and I learned more from Chuck & Cindy than I did from my classes, broker, and my own selling experiences. Chuck and Cindy have also been available to us since, to make recommendations for home contractors. In the end, we found what we think is the perfect house for us, in a town we didn’t think we’d be in – and we love it! We highly recommend them.
