They had a deep knowledge of the area, born out of years of experience and we able to help us make an investment in an area we feel good about. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. They listened very closely to our needs/wants for a home and helped make sure we didn't settle for a house that did not meet those requirements. We had to bring our 1 years old with us to almost every appointment and they were always more than accommodating. I would absolutely use Cindy and Chuck the next time I buy/sell a home!

Cindy is an absolute spark plug and this team really plays off each other's strengths. While one is showing houses, the other is doing research and calling listings agents, the town of Apex for info or any number of things.
