5 stars are not enough for Chuck and Cindy. We are very fortunate that we have had their expertise in the many transactions made over the last couple of years. When I get an opportunity to recommend their services to friends and family, I do not hesitate. I consider Cindy's negotiation skills to be top notch and I like having a warrior, like her, that will fight for your needs, wants and desires. I highly recommend Chuck and Cindy!!!

Loved working with Cindy. She was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We looked at many houses before finally choosing the one we bought, and Cindy was patient in the process! We ended up loving the new home that we purchased and the neighborhood was perfect for us. We were so impressed with Cindy that we listed our home with her when we moved in 2009. What you expect when you buy a house, (a) Honest Feedback (b) Firm with your negotiations to Owner (c) work based on your need (d) flexible with time and dates in case you are working on your finance (e) Commitment, whatever have been said that will happen as is, No false promisees.
