We were from out of state, so they also took this into account, preparing a list of houses for us to look at and providing the list to us for review before we arrived. We found the perfect house for us and closed the deal that same weekend! We could not have done it without Chuck and Cindy’s efforts. They were calm, cool and collected throughout the negotiations, due diligence period and closing, which helped us to remain calm, too. We could have not asked for better Realtors.
