We have used Chuck & Cindy's services both in selling and in buying (and selling and buying and selling!!) our home(s) in Apex and Raleigh--and even Sanford (where, although they were not as familiar with the market, they drove us around and showed us listed homes, using the office of an affiliated agent). Chuck & Cindy are the only brokers/Realtors we'd ever use if we were looking to buy or sell property in the Triangle or the surrounding area.

It is not often that you meet people that do their job well; however, when we met Chuck and Cindy we met two people that did it all well – we hit the jackpot! Normally, when you go to a realtor, you are assisted by one person; well Chuck and Cindy work together to find you the right house at the right price. We were from out of state, so they also took this into account, preparing a list of houses for us to look at and providing the list to us for review before we arrived. From the moment we met Chuck and Cindy at their office, we felt comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. We spent a few days driving around with Chuck looking at houses. We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!).
