Chuck and Cindy were wonderful to work with. They are incredibly responsive, flexible, and know the area better than anyone. In addition to assisting us with the home buying and building process they have recommended many local contractors and service companies that have done great work for us. I would use them for any future home buying or selling and highly recommend them.

Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords. We got on much better deal on these two houses than we did with prior purchases mainly because of their excellent negotiating skills. She is so knowledgeable about the entire triangle area and will investigate things you would never think of – like if development is forthcoming. She’s always looking out for your best interest. He is such an expert on every aspect of home maintenance, that I was fully confident if was the perfect home for me when I made my offer.
