I have used them several times and by far are the best real estate team in the area. I can not speak more highly of them. They are able to handle bumps in the road with the best outcome. Have your best interest at heart and truly do care.

Chuck and Cindy make a great team! They are both very knowledgeable and friendly. I found Cindy to be respectful of our "wants" and also point out the "needs" we didn't even know we had as first time homeowners! She responds to phone calls and emails promptly which instilled confidence in us throughout the house hunting process. They were integral in finding responsible tenants for our rental unit as well. I was moving to NC from AZ by myself for a new job and needed help finding a rental property. I only had a couple of weeks to find a place, and rent it site unseen. Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time. Cindy even provided helpful input about potential areas that I had found online by myself. Cindy helped make my move easy and I will definitely use her again when I am ready to buy a house here in NC.
