Chuck and Cindy were my agents of choice for my first home-buying decision. The home buying process can be overwhelming, especially to a first time buyer, but they were there through each step to help me make the best choice in buying a home. I actually built my townhome and they were able to guide me through the decisions that are required when you must take into account the resale value of such an investment. Without their team, the process would have been very stressful. Their responsiveness to my calls and emails was awesome, which really made a big difference in my experience working with them vs. looking into other agents. I highly recommend that you work with Chuck and Cindy as their knowledge of the Triangle is second to none and they have great insight into the entire transaction process.

We worked with Chuck and Cindy to quickly sell our home for a last-minute work relocation. It had been a long time since we had last purchased/sold a home, so it was a relief for our listing to be in their very capable, expert hands. They quickly listed our home, with the latest industry bells and whistles, and generated a lot of buyer traffic. They sold our home in less than 24 hours. Overall, their "process" was smooth and relatively stress free for our family, which I attribute to the considerable amount of time that they spent, providing guidance and answering our many questions. Looking back on our experience, I really appreciate that Chuck and Cindy do in fact work as a team and coordinate with each other very well. If one was tied up with a personal or client matter, which is understandable, the other would quickly follow-up and was fully in the know about our situation.

I was moving to NC from AZ by myself for a new job and needed help finding a rental property. I only had a couple of weeks to find a place, and rent it site unseen. Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time. Cindy even provided helpful input about potential areas that I had found online by myself. Cindy helped make my move easy and I will definitely use her again when I am ready to buy a house here in NC.

We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns). Next home we buy/sell, will definitely be with them. We could not be more pleased.
