Good agents with great contacts (an excellent painting contractor and his crew). their promotions are very good (impressive color brochure on my home) and they seem to understand the market (traffic during winters vs. summers). if the opportunity arises, I will use them again.
Cindy worked with us on both ends of our home purchase in Cary -- buying in 2005 and selling in 2009 when we moved back home to Michigan. We were extremely pleased with both their expertise and their helpfulness, especially on the sale, which turned out to be more difficult than expected.
