We relocated to North Carolina from out of state, which was especially challenging given that we weren't familiar with the area. Chuck spent a great deal of time acclimating us to the triangle in general and to various neighborhoods so we could narrow down options in the region. In addition, as first time buyers, he took special care to highlight the pros and cons of different homes and patiently answered our seemingly endless questions and phone calls. Chuck and Cindy have been excellent throughout the whole home buying process. They understood our needs very well and went above and beyond our expectations. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. Chuck & Cindy have sold 4 homes for us. They have become very dear friends, actually family, to our whole family. They are so knowledgeable that whatever came up we say 'that's ok just call Chuck & Cindy, they will know what to do.' They were so kind and respectable to my father and came to his funeral when he passed. We have now moved out of state but they were very concerned and helpful with the purchase of our new home in Florida.
