Chuck and Cindy were extremely helpful to me as a first time home buyer. They guided me through a process that I knew nothing about. There are many more hurtles to clear than I expected but they did a great job of keeping me informed of what was coming next. It could have been an extremely stressful process with a less responsive, prepared agent. I would certainly recommend and use again.

And they were very good about telling me the reasons behind their opinions and recommendations, they wanted me to be well informed and not just follow their lead without question.
