We bought a new construction property. Chuck and Cindy were very patient throughout the process. They took the time to explain the buying procedure for new construction homes. I worked with Chuck and Cindy in 2009/2010 on the attempted sale of my home. While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time. I worked for his business in high school and part time after graduating from UNC. So I am overly familiar with the home buying and selling process. For me to say that Chuck and Cindy are two of the best realtors I have worked with is a very high compliment with a lot of experience and knowledge supporting my claim.

Chuck and Cindy are not only experts at what they do, they are also very "down to earth" and make the buying/selling experience as easy and professional as it can possibly be. They not only provided excellent guidance that allowed us to sell our home in a timely manner and get an excellent price for the home, they were tremendous help in our locating and negotiating the purchase of our new home. My wife and I have bought and sold 6 homes prior to working with Chuck and Cindy, and they were the best real estate professionals we have ever worked with. More importantly, they never made us feel like we were under any pressure. In fact, they did a lot to help reduce the stress and pressure of both selling and buying. Overall, their "process" was smooth and relatively stress free for our family, which I attribute to the considerable amount of time that they spent, providing guidance and answering our many questions. Looking back on our experience, I really appreciate that Chuck and Cindy do in fact work as a team and coordinate with each other very well. If one was tied up with a personal or client matter, which is understandable, the other would quickly follow-up and was fully in the know about our situation.
