We worked with Chuck and Cindy to quickly sell our home for a last-minute work relocation. It had been a long time since we had last purchased/sold a home, so it was a relief for our listing to be in their very capable, expert hands. They quickly listed our home, with the latest industry bells and whistles, and generated a lot of buyer traffic. They sold our home in less than 24 hours. Overall, their "process" was smooth and relatively stress free for our family, which I attribute to the considerable amount of time that they spent, providing guidance and answering our many questions. Looking back on our experience, I really appreciate that Chuck and Cindy do in fact work as a team and coordinate with each other very well. If one was tied up with a personal or client matter, which is understandable, the other would quickly follow-up and was fully in the know about our situation.

I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). Chuck and Cindy were unbelievably helpful and patient in helping my husband and I find a new home where we will raise a family. We had so many silly questions, and they were always so quick to answer and help keep us on track to make sure we got the keys to our perfect house! Throughout the entirety of the process of buying a home, Chuck and Cindy were very matter of fact, sensitive, and patient all at the same time. We really felt like they were looking out for us. We were also on a very strange schedule of only being able to work on "house stuff" on nights and weekends and Chuck and Cindy were so quick to accommodate our schedule (We put in an offer on a house at 9PM!) From start to finish, Chuck & Cindy have been constantly available via either email, phone, or text. We are dreaming of spending forever in our new home, but should we need to move in the future for any reason, we will definitely be calling Chuck & Cindy!!
