I would highly recommend Cindy and Chuck. They sold me a house two years ago and I still keep in touch with them. They are very professional and are always there to help out. Chuck has come over and helped me at my house and I can always call Cindy for advice. I will use them again!

When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

The power of a team! Before we choose an agent we interviewed a few people and quickly realized that two was better than one. Chuck & Cindy compliment each others talents well. Chuck walked every home in great detail, he spent as much time educating us on the outside of the home as he did the inside. Most importantly he made us feel empowered with knowledge. Cindy's attention to detail and fast response time made us feel as if we were the only clients they were working with. We closed our house today and immediately wanted to look for a way to both thank Chuck & Cindy and recommend them to others.
