Chuck and Cindy are not only experts at what they do, they are also very "down to earth" and make the buying/selling experience as easy and professional as it can possibly be. They not only provided excellent guidance that allowed us to sell our home in a timely manner and get an excellent price for the home, they were tremendous help in our locating and negotiating the purchase of our new home. My wife and I have bought and sold 6 homes prior to working with Chuck and Cindy, and they were the best real estate professionals we have ever worked with. We bought a new construction property. Chuck and Cindy were very patient throughout the process. They took the time to explain the buying procedure for new construction homes. They gave us the valuable suggestions while negotiating with builder. I think Chuck and Cindy are very honest. They give their honest opinions and enables buyers to make the independent decisions. Good agents with great contacts (an excellent painting contractor and his crew). their promotions are very good (impressive color brochure on my home) and they seem to understand the market (traffic during winters vs. summers). if the opportunity arises, I will use them again.
