Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. Not only I am a first-time home buyer, but I am a foreigner, so you can imagine how confused I was about the whole process.
Chuck and Cindy guided me through all the process and were extremely patient with all my queries. When visiting a house they thought and let me know of tons of details that would have never occurred to me in order to make the best decision.

Chuck and Cindy were extremely helpful to me as a first time home buyer. They guided me through a process that I knew nothing about. There are many more hurtles to clear than I expected but they did a great job of keeping me informed of what was coming next. It could have been an extremely stressful process with a less responsive, prepared agent. I would certainly recommend and use again.
