Chuck and Cindy are best agents I have ever worked with and I have had 6 houses so I know what I am talking about. They get to know what you are looking for, both in buying and selling and never disappoint. They really care about the clients; something that not all agents do. We bought a new construction property. Chuck and Cindy were very patient throughout the process. They took the time to explain the buying procedure for new construction homes. They gave us the valuable suggestions while negotiating with builder. I think Chuck and Cindy are very honest. They give their honest opinions and enables buyers to make the independent decisions. Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords. I would highly recommend Chuck and Cindy for any of your real estate needs. We are from out of state and not at all familiar with the area. We were also on a limited time frame, since we were here only a short time house hunting. Not only do Cindy and Chuck know the area very well, but they get to know their clients wants and wishes also, so they are not wasting your time showing you listings that you would have no desire to view, much less buy. They were always available on our time schedule and made us feel like we were their only clients and we were the most important on their list of many clients. Very professional and fun people!
