When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Chuck and Cindy made a very hard situation much easier when we had to sell our Mother's home. They provided superior guidance and made us feel very confident that we had chosen the right Realtor. I would without hesitation refer them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. Both should be commended for a job well done.

Cindy was very helpful in our home search. She's very knowledgeable about the Cary area, extremely professional and an experienced agent whom you want on your side when submitting offers. Chuck & Cindy have sold 4 homes for us. They have become very dear friends, actually family, to our whole family.
