If one was tied up with a personal or client matter, which is understandable, the other would quickly follow-up and was fully in the know about our situation.

About 2 years ago, Chuck and Cindy were recommended to me by a friend who'd recently had a great experience with them. I decided to check them out and I'm so happy I did because they helped me find my first home, which was so much more than I was expecting and in a wonderful area. I don't have family in NC, but they were truly like family throughout the whole process of finding my home. They don't push you in any one direction and are genuinely interested in making you happy. The power of a team! Before we choose an agent we interviewed a few people and quickly realized that two was better than one. Chuck & Cindy compliment each others talents well.
