I worked with Chuck and Cindy in 2009/2010 on the attempted sale of my home. While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time. I worked for his business in high school and part time after graduating from UNC. So I am overly familiar with the home buying and selling process. For me to say that Chuck and Cindy are two of the best realtors I have worked with is a very high compliment with a lot of experience and knowledge supporting my claim.

Cindy and Chuck made the process of purchasing my first home easy and stress free! All of my questions were answered...even ones I didn't realize I had. I never felt like my best interest wasn't being kept in mind. I recommend them to anyone I know thinking about buying a home!

After interviewing a few agents, my husband and I decided to work with Cindy and Chuck. Our first home buying experience was not good, so we we were skeptical and worried about how we would be treated, and concerned no agent would ever look out for us. But Cindy and Chuck were great to work with. Most of our time was spent with Chuck as he loves to drive you all over Wake county until you find the right house! We sometimes worried we were taking forever to find our home but Cindy and Chuck were patient, not like other agents we have encountered. They understand it takes time and stick with you like you are still a new client throughout the process. Cindy met us several times as well, but her specialty with us was explaining all the legal terminology in the contracts and really taking charge of the business/legal side of things. She also showed us one house and said “this house has problems, let’s go” before we even went upstairs, which was awesome! Both of them were very available. I worked in real estate for about 14 months in another state and I learned more from Chuck & Cindy than I did from my classes, broker, and my own selling experiences. Chuck and Cindy have also been available to us since, to make recommendations for home contractors. In the end, we found what we think is the perfect house for us, in a town we didn’t think we’d be in – and we love it! We highly recommend them.

Chuck and Cindy were wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable about the market and local area, and always eager to answer questions. I loved how they were a team, because it doubled their responsiveness. They were always very quick to respond to appointment requests and emails. As first time home buyers and largely unfamiliar with the process, we always had the sense we could trust Chuck and Cindy, and that they had everything under control. Great team to work with on buying and/or selling your home. I will work with them again and highly recommend them! They helped us sell our home and ensured we got a great price, even when the economy was a buyers market. They showed us a number of homes in the area to purchase and negotiated a great price for us on purchasing our new home.
