My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Cindy and Chuck buying our home in Apex. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. They listened very closely to our needs/wants for a home and helped make sure we didn't settle for a house that did not meet those requirements. We had to bring our 1 years old with us to almost every appointment and they were always more than accommodating. I would absolutely use Cindy and Chuck the next time I buy/sell a home!

Loved working with Cindy. She was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We looked at many houses before finally choosing the one we bought, and Cindy was patient in the process! We ended up loving the new home that we purchased and the neighborhood was perfect for us. We were so impressed with Cindy that we listed our home with her when we moved in 2009. Chuck and Cindy sold our house for us in 2012. There was a signed contract within a month after the listing. We subsequently had mega trouble with the buyers being totally unreasonable and out of control to the point that the buyers' agent was exasperated with her clients. I was VERY glad we had these two as agents as they worked very hard to keep everything from deteriorating and from me losing my sanity.

5 stars are not enough for Chuck and Cindy. We are very fortunate that we have had their expertise in the many transactions made over the last couple of years. When I get an opportunity to recommend their services to friends and family, I do not hesitate. I consider Cindy's negotiation skills to be top notch and I like having a warrior, like her, that will fight for your needs, wants and desires. I highly recommend Chuck and Cindy!!!

My husband and I bought our first home with Chuck and Cindy. Throughout this entire process, they have been exceptionally professional, courteous, responsive and patient. We relocated to North Carolina from out of state, which was especially challenging given that we weren't familiar with the area. Chuck spent a great deal of time acclimating us to the triangle in general and to various neighborhoods so we could narrow down options in the region. In addition, as first time buyers, he took special care to highlight the pros and cons of different homes and patiently answered our seemingly endless questions and phone calls.
