Chuck and Cindy are the best real estate team in the area! I found and fell in love with my very first home over Easter weekend and THREE days later I was under contract. Chuck and Cindy worked me morning, noon and night that weekend to make sure I was completely satisfied and they were able to negotiate everything I wanted! As a young, single (at the time) female purchasing a home I always felt like Chuck and Cindy were looking out for me and my best interest. Throughout the process, I dubbed them "Mama Cindy" and "Uncle Chuck" because they quickly became like family. I have used Cindy and Chuck to purchase two properties and also to sell two properties. They really know what they are doing. Because of their preparation like the video tour, etc. both of our sales occurred within a week of listing. They are great help on purchasing also.
