I have known Chuck Hinton for over 26 years. I have bought a home from him in the past and would choose to use him in the future. He and Cindy are an ideal team that really compliment each other in an excellent manner. I could honestly not imagine a more knowledgeable real estate professional anywhere in our state. Chuck and Cindy were my agents of choice for my first home-buying decision. The home buying process can be overwhelming, especially to a first time buyer, but they were there through each step to help me make the best choice in buying a home. I actually built my townhome and they were able to guide me through the decisions that are required when you must take into account the resale value of such an investment. Without their team, the process would have been very stressful. Their responsiveness to my calls and emails was awesome, which really made a big difference in my experience working with them vs. looking into other agents. Good agents with great contacts (an excellent painting contractor and his crew). their promotions are very good (impressive color brochure on my home) and they seem to understand the market (traffic during winters vs. summers). if the opportunity arises, I will use them again.

Loved working with Cindy. She was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We looked at many houses before finally choosing the one we bought, and Cindy was patient in the process! We ended up loving the new home that we purchased and the neighborhood was perfect for us. We were so impressed with Cindy that we listed our home with her when we moved in 2009. We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!).
