Chuck and Cindy are not only experts at what they do, they are also very "down to earth" and make the buying/selling experience as easy and professional as it can possibly be. They not only provided excellent guidance that allowed us to sell our home in a timely manner and get an excellent price for the home, they were tremendous help in our locating and negotiating the purchase of our new home. My wife and I have bought and sold 6 homes prior to working with Chuck and Cindy, and they were the best real estate professionals we have ever worked with. From the start of our first home search we felt like they presented themselves professionally. They were quick to respond to us and helped explain things in a way we could understand. I decided to check them out and I'm so happy I did because they helped me find my first home, which was so much more than I was expecting and in a wonderful area. Both of them are very flexible and extremely accessible, so even if you work all day, they'll find time to make something work for you. I don't have family in NC, but they were truly like family throughout the whole process of finding my home. They don't push you in any one direction and are genuinely interested in making you happy. It was a great experience over all and when I sell my home a few years down the road, they've already got the job as far as I'm concerned. I love living in my house now, but when it comes time to sell it, I'm confident they'll find a buyer with a great price and I know the process with be just as nice as the first.
