Cindy worked with us on both ends of our home purchase in Cary -- buying in 2005 and selling in 2009 when we moved back home to Michigan. We bought a new construction property. Chuck and Cindy were very patient throughout the process. They took the time to explain the buying procedure for new construction homes. They gave us the valuable suggestions while negotiating with builder. I think Chuck and Cindy are very honest. They give their honest opinions and enables buyers to make the independent decisions.
