When I make reference to my realtorS (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

What a terrific job Cindy and Chuck did in helping us to sell our house. They were readily available as situations arose and used great judgement and flexibility in helping us to find solutions to any issues which arose. I highly recommend this pair to anyone who needs to move property as they are steadfast, dependable, reliable and extremely knowledgeable of what needs to be done to get top dollar. Chuck and Cindy came highly recommend to me through friends and they lived up to every bit of the hype. They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my home buying experience was effective, efficient, and low pressure. Chuck & Cindy are the only brokers/Realtors we'd ever use if we were looking to buy or sell property in the Triangle or the surrounding area.
