Chuck and Cindy helped my wife and I buy our first home in 2009 and throughout the entire process they were fantastic and went the extra mile. We will continue to use them in the future and send more business their way. They are great people and my wife and I consider them great friends!

When I make reference to my realtorS (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Chuck and Cindy make a great team! They are both very knowledgeable and friendly. I found Cindy to be respectful of our "wants" and also point out the "needs" we didn't even know we had as first time homeowners! She responds to phone calls and emails promptly which instilled confidence in us throughout the house hunting process. They were integral in finding responsible tenants for our rental unit as well. When I get an opportunity to recommend their services to friends and family, I do not hesitate.
