Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords. We got on much better deal on these two houses than we did with prior purchases mainly because of their excellent negotiating skills. When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Cindy & Chuck are the perfect duo. They are both well informed, attentive & responsive to the needs of their clients. They helped my sister & I with the purchase of our first home in Apex, NC. Cindy has a beautiful sense of style. She was instrumental in helping us decide on colors, flooring, cabinets, etc. I highly recommend Cindy & Chuck for all of your real estate needs. After interviewing a few agents, my husband and I decided to work with Cindy and Chuck. Our first home buying experience was not good, so we we were skeptical and worried about how we would be treated, and concerned no agent would ever look out for us. But Cindy and Chuck were great to work with. Most of our time was spent with Chuck as he loves to drive you all over Wake county until you find the right house! We sometimes worried we were taking forever to find our home but Cindy and Chuck were patient, not like other agents we have encountered. They understand it takes time and stick with you like you are still a new client throughout the process. Cindy met us several times as well, but her specialty with us was explaining all the legal terminology in the contracts and really taking charge of the business/legal side of things. She also showed us one house and said “this house has problems, let’s go” before we even went upstairs, which was awesome! Both of them were very available. I worked in real estate for about 14 months in another state and I learned more from Chuck & Cindy than I did from my classes, broker, and my own selling experiences. Chuck and Cindy have also been available to us since, to make recommendations for home contractors. In the end, we found what we think is the perfect house for us, in a town we didn’t think we’d be in – and we love it! We highly recommend them.
