Chuck and Cindy are best agents I have ever worked with and I have had 6 houses so I know what I am talking about. They get to know what you are looking for, both in buying and selling and never disappoint. They really care about the clients; something that not all agents do. As far as recommending them; I have and everyone has used them has been very pleased. If you are buying or selling USE THEM!!!!

My experience with Chuck and Cindy has always been a positive one. They have sold multiple houses for me and to me and my husband. Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords. We got on much better deal on these two houses than we did with prior purchases mainly because of their excellent negotiating skills. Cindy is an excellent agent and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home in the triangle area. As a first time homebuyer I was new to the process and Cindy helped me every step of the way from negotiating an offer with the builder to recommending specific products for my home. She understands the local market and is well-versed in everything from financing to contracts and in-home features. I felt very comfortable working with her - she was responsive, articulate, and always made my best interests a priority.

It is not often that you meet people that do their job well; however, when we met Chuck and Cindy we met two people that did it all well – we hit the jackpot! Normally, when you go to a realtor, you are assisted by one person; well Chuck and Cindy work together to find you the right house at the right price. We were from out of state, so they also took this into account, preparing a list of houses for us to look at and providing the list to us for review before we arrived. From the moment we met Chuck and Cindy at their office, we felt comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. We spent a few days driving around with Chuck looking at houses. Chuck grew up in the area, so he would also tell us about each area and show us everything the area had to offer; schools, shopping, restaurants, everything! If we liked a particular house, Chuck would call Cindy asking her to check out things on that particular house. It really helped us make the right decision at the right time. We found the perfect house for us and closed the deal that same weekend! We could not have done it without Chuck and Cindy’s efforts. Chuck and Cindy guided us through the entire purchasing process with ease. They were calm, cool and collected throughout the negotiations, due diligence period and closing, which helped us to remain calm, too. We could have not asked for better Realtors. The best part of the entire experience is not only did we purchase a gorgeous home but also we met some nice people in Chuck and Cindy!
