Cindy is an excellent agent and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home in the triangle area. As a first time homebuyer I was new to the process and Cindy helped me every step of the way from negotiating an offer with the builder to recommending specific products for my home. She understands the local market and is well-versed in everything from financing to contracts and in-home features. I felt very comfortable working with her - she was responsive, articulate, and always made my best interests a priority.

Chuck and Cindy came highly recommend to me through friends and they lived up to every bit of the hype. Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. I am not sure that it could have gone any better with any other realtor that I have ever heard of.
