When I make reference to my realtorS (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

I worked with Chuck and Cindy in 2009/2010 on the attempted sale of my home. While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time. I worked for his business in high school and part time after graduating from UNC. So I am overly familiar with the home buying and selling process. For me to say that Chuck and Cindy are two of the best realtors I have worked with is a very high compliment with a lot of experience and knowledge supporting my claim.

Loved working with Cindy. She was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We looked at many houses before finally choosing the one we bought, and Cindy was patient in the process! We ended up loving the new home that we purchased and the neighborhood was perfect for us. We were so impressed with Cindy that we listed our home with her when we moved in 2009. Once again, we were very pleased with the whole process. We HIGHLY recommend Cindy and Chuck.

My husband and I heard about Chuck and Cindy through several friends who were more than pleased with their experience. From the start of our first home search we felt like they presented themselves professionally. They were quick to respond to us and helped explain things in a way we could understand. They took what we wanted and set up several homes for us to visit that were also inside our price range. We fell in love with the house and are still currently living in it. The process was so smooth and we would definitely recommend working with Chuck and Cindy. If we ever decide to move elsewhere in the area we will most certainly contact them again.

Chuck and Cindy were wonderful to work with. They are incredibly responsive, flexible, and know the area better than anyone. In addition to assisting us with the home buying and building process they have recommended many local contractors and service companies that have done great work for us.
