When we hit a hiccup, they made sure to keep us posted on every update, from as small as, “there is no update yet”, to as large as “it’s time to close!” and everything in between! They let us know what steps we needed to take, and how to make the home buying process as easy as possible! They are both very knowledgeable, and very easy to reach! Cindy worked with us on both ends of our home purchase in Cary -- buying in 2005 and selling in 2009 when we moved back home to Michigan.
