When we hit a hiccup, they made sure to keep us posted on every update, from as small as, “there is no update yet”, to as large as “it’s time to close!” and everything in between! Chuck and Cindy sold our house in Apex last year and assisted us in the buying and building process of our new home. They helped us through every step, from being honest with us about what we needed to do to sell our home to helping us negotiate a purchase prices and being there for every meeting during the construction of our new home. Also, Chuck and Cindy are both very warm and friendly personally and always get back to you right away with any questions/concerns you have. Our house sold quickly and our home building experience was smooth with their help. I highly recommend Chuck and Cindy and if we ever decide to move again they will be the first people we call!
