Chuck and Cindy were so helpful and responsive to our needs. They helped us sell our house in under 2 weeks!! They answered all of our questions as first time sellers.

Chuck and Cindy came highly recommend to me through friends and they lived up to every bit of the hype. They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my home buying experience was effective, efficient, and low pressure. Chuck and Cindy were very knowledgeable about every area we went and looked at and the longest time I think I went without hearing from them when I had contacted them was maybe 10 minutes. They have been a delight, and I would definitely use them again.

We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). Chuck and Cindy sold our house in Apex last year and assisted us in the buying and building process of our new home. They helped us through every step, from being honest with us about what we needed to do to sell our home to helping us negotiate a purchase prices and being there for every meeting during the construction of our new home. Also, Chuck and Cindy are both very warm and friendly personally and always get back to you right away with any questions/concerns you have.
