Chuck and Cindy sold our house in Apex last year and assisted us in the buying and building process of our new home. They helped us through every step, from being honest with us about what we needed to do to sell our home to helping us negotiate a purchase prices and being there for every meeting during the construction of our new home. Also, Chuck and Cindy are both very warm and friendly personally and always get back to you right away with any questions/concerns you have. I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!
I was nervous about purchasing a home and Cindy made it so easy and stress free. We looked at a LOT of homes, and Cindy could immediately tell if it was the house for me or not. She is so knowledgeable about the entire triangle area and will investigate things you would never think of – like if development is forthcoming. She’s always looking out for your best interest. Each time I found a house I was interested in, I’d asked Chuck to advise me about any issues with the house. He is such an expert on every aspect of home maintenance, that I was fully confident if was the perfect home for me when I made my offer.
