I met Chuck and Cindy in 2012 when I was thinking about selling my condo. When I decided to purchase a home this year, I was very happy to contact them again. I really like their easy-going and pleasant manner and am impressed with their expertise and knowledgeable of the market. When I make reference to my realtorS (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

They really took the time to make sure we understood the process and were available to answer any and all questions in a timely manner.
