When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Cindy was very helpful in our home search. She's very knowledgeable about the Cary area, extremely professional and an experienced agent whom you want on your side when submitting offers. And once you have a signed contract, she really shines by helping clients through the inspection process. Definitely recommend her expertise when buying or selling a home!

Chuck and Cindy are marvelous! They walked us through selling our 1st home and purchasing our forever home. Listened to our wants and needs and catered to our specific selling/buying journey! Answered any questions and brought ease of any worries or stress we had throughout the process. 5 stars are not enough for Chuck and Cindy. We are very fortunate that we have had their expertise in the many transactions made over the last couple of years. When I get an opportunity to recommend their services to friends and family, I do not hesitate. I consider Cindy's negotiation skills to be top notch and I like having a warrior, like her, that will fight for your needs, wants and desires. I highly recommend Chuck and Cindy!!!

Chuck and Cindy are not only experts at what they do, they are also very "down to earth" and make the buying/selling experience as easy and professional as it can possibly be. They not only provided excellent guidance that allowed us to sell our home in a timely manner and get an excellent price for the home, they were tremendous help in our locating and negotiating the purchase of our new home.
