I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!
Cindy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She handled everything with ease and always responded so fast via phone or email. She is the nicest woman and hands down the best realtor in the area. I recommend her to everyone and had 3 other's buy from her and they all say the same thing. So professional but down to earth and outgoing personality. Loved working with her.

Chuck and Cindy went above and beyond in helping us find our house. We could not have been happier with them. Chuck was quick with booking appointments at the houses we wanted to see. He is very knowledgable about construction so he warned us about any possible issues he noticed at the prospective homes. Chuck and Cindy were amazing agents. They were able to explain everything in terms that made perfect sense and take any of my concerns into account. They were very responsive and able to anticipate almost all of my questions, showing how much experience they have in the field.
