I am looking for an investment property and have met with Chuck on multiple occasions. He has been diligent about helping me find the right property -- including taking me to auctions and doing the background research on properties. Cindy is an absolute spark plug and this team really plays off each other's strengths. While one is showing houses, the other is doing research and calling listings agents, the town of Apex for info or any number of things. Not only I am a first-time home buyer, but I am a foreigner, so you can imagine how confused I was about the whole process. Chuck and Cindy guided me through all the process and were extremely patient with all my queries. When visiting a house they thought and let me know of tons of details that would have never occurred to me in order to make the best decision. I was particularly impressed by their availability, we visited houses and had calls at all times of the day. It's been about 6 months since I purchased my house and they continue to be in touch, just to see how everything is going and even to give me a pie for Thanksgiving!
