When we hit a hiccup, they made sure to keep us posted on every update, from as small as, “there is no update yet”, to as large as “it’s time to close!” and everything in between! They let us know what steps we needed to take, and how to make the home buying process as easy as possible! They are both very knowledgeable, and very easy to reach! My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Cindy and Chuck buying our home in Apex. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. They listened very closely to our needs/wants for a home and helped make sure we didn't settle for a house that did not meet those requirements. We had to bring our 1 years old with us to almost every appointment and they were always more than accommodating. I would absolutely use Cindy and Chuck the next time I buy/sell a home!
