She reviewed properties for me daily as they came on the market and was able to notify me quickly of a townhome that fit my exact needs in a neighborhood where homes were coming off the market in under a week. After interviewing a few agents, my husband and I decided to work with Cindy and Chuck. Our first home buying experience was not good, so we we were skeptical and worried about how we would be treated, and concerned no agent would ever look out for us. But Cindy and Chuck were great to work with. Most of our time was spent with Chuck as he loves to drive you all over Wake county until you find the right house! We sometimes worried we were taking forever to find our home but Cindy and Chuck were patient, not like other agents we have encountered. They understand it takes time and stick with you like you are still a new client throughout the process. Cindy met us several times as well, but her specialty with us was explaining all the legal terminology in the contracts and really taking charge of the business/legal side of things. She also showed us one house and said “this house has problems, let’s go” before we even went upstairs, which was awesome! Both of them were very available. I worked in real estate for about 14 months in another state and I learned more from Chuck & Cindy than I did from my classes, broker, and my own selling experiences. Chuck and Cindy have also been available to us since, to make recommendations for home contractors. In the end, we found what we think is the perfect house for us, in a town we didn’t think we’d be in – and we love it! We highly recommend them.

Cindy worked with us on both ends of our home purchase in Cary -- buying in 2005 and selling in 2009 when we moved back home to Michigan. We were extremely pleased with both their expertise and their helpfulness, especially on the sale, which turned out to be more difficult than expected. They really stepped up to the plate and made sure that what needed to be done got done under a very tight deadline for the closing. We couldn't have gotten it done without the experience and hard work that they both provided.
