Chuck and Cindy are the best real estate team in the area! I found and fell in love with my very first home over Easter weekend and THREE days later I was under contract. Chuck and Cindy worked me morning, noon and night that weekend to make sure I was completely satisfied and they were able to negotiate everything I wanted! As a young, single (at the time) female purchasing a home I always felt like Chuck and Cindy were looking out for me and my best interest. Throughout the process, I dubbed them "Mama Cindy" and "Uncle Chuck" because they quickly became like family. Not only were they incredibly kind, responsive, and really listened to what I wanted, they linked me with ALL of their many contacts - mortgage lender, home inspector, handyman, closing attorney, etc. They never pressured me to use their recommendations, but I'm so glad I did because they were all just as knowledgeable and professional as Chuck and Cindy. There are just so many perks to working with them! With Chuck and Cindy's help, we were able to view houses quickly after they arrived on the market. They were also instrumental in getting our offer accepted after being involved in multiple multi-offer situations. Their excellent negotiation skills helped us to get an item fixed even after the seller had said they were not fixing anything additional.
