After relocating to the Raleigh area from Connecticut in 2010 for work, we were clueless as to what the Triangle had to offer. Unfortunately, we faced a little bit of a hiccup and were forced to put our house hunting search on hold due to an unforeseen change in our financial situation. We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly.
