I was nervous about purchasing a home and Cindy made it so easy and stress free. We looked at a LOT of homes, and Cindy could immediately tell if it was the house for me or not. She is so knowledgeable about the entire triangle area and will investigate things you would never think of – like if development is forthcoming. She’s always looking out for your best interest. Each time I found a house I was interested in, I’d asked Chuck to advise me about any issues with the house. He is such an expert on every aspect of home maintenance, that I was fully confident if was the perfect home for me when I made my offer. They are an amazing team & the only realtors I would use or recommend.
Chuck and Cindy have been absolutely amazing to work with. We were new to the home-buying process and they took the time to understand not only our wants but our needs. They were extremely responsive and always made sure to fit showings into our schedule. Chuck and Cindy were always honest with us and made sure we did not move forward with a property that we could not handle. I worked with Chuck and Cindy in 2009/2010 on the attempted sale of my home. While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time. I worked for his business in high school and part time after graduating from UNC. So I am overly familiar with the home buying and selling process. For me to say that Chuck and Cindy are two of the best realtors I have worked with is a very high compliment with a lot of experience and knowledge supporting my claim.
This is my First House and Cindy made this buy not only easy but was always there for us whether it's day or night helping the questions and concerns. What you expect when you buy a house, (a) Honest Feedback (b) Firm with your negotiations to Owner (c) work based on your need (d) flexible with time and dates in case you are working on your finance (e) Commitment, whatever have been said that will happen as is, No false promisees.
