Chuck and Cindy were tremendous and an absolute pleasure to work with. Not once did we feel pressured to overspend or settle and we always felt like they had our best interests at heart. They had a deep knowledge of the area, born out of years of experience and we able to help us make an investment in an area we feel good about. Their experience was invaluable in considering the myriad of factors that go into finding the right home and navigating Triangle real estate. Along the way, both Chuck and Cindy were very hands on, meeting and communicating with us personally and promptly. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Cindy was very helpful in our home search. She's very knowledgeable about the Cary area, extremely professional and an experienced agent whom you want on your side when submitting offers. And once you have a signed contract, she really shines by helping clients through the inspection process. Definitely recommend her expertise when buying or selling a home!
