We were referred to them by our son and had a wonderful experience with them in the purchasing of our town home as it was being built. great because we were at least eight hours away. Cindy kept an eye on the contraction and headed off many possible problems. If and when we seek and move they will be our first contact.

Chuck and Cindy went above and beyond in helping us find our house. We could not have been happier with them. Chuck was quick with booking appointments at the houses we wanted to see. When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Chuck and Cindy make a great team! They are both very knowledgeable and friendly. I found Cindy to be respectful of our "wants" and also point out the "needs" we didn't even know we had as first time homeowners!
