I have used them several times and by far are the best real estate team in the area. I can not speak more highly of them. They are able to handle bumps in the road with the best outcome. Have your best interest at heart and truly do care.

Chuck and Cindy went above and beyond in helping us find our house. We could not have been happier with them. Chuck was quick with booking appointments at the houses we wanted to see. He is very knowledgable about construction so he warned us about any possible issues he noticed at the prospective homes. He answered every single one of our many questions and was quick to respond emails, texts and calls. We both work long hours so Chuck not only book all our inspections and but also attended every inspection on our behalf. We truly felt like he was looking out for our best interests. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Chuck and Cindy sold our house in Apex last year and assisted us in the buying and building process of our new home. They helped us through every step, from being honest with us about what we needed to do to sell our home to helping us negotiate a purchase prices and being there for every meeting during the construction of our new home. Also, Chuck and Cindy are both very warm and friendly personally and always get back to you right away with any questions/concerns you have.
