Chuck and Cindy were wonderful to work with. They are incredibly responsive, flexible, and know the area better than anyone. In addition to assisting us with the home buying and building process they have recommended many local contractors and service companies that have done great work for us. I would use them for any future home buying or selling and highly recommend them.

They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. Chuck and Cindy sold our house in Apex last year and assisted us in the buying and building process of our new home.
