As first time home buyers and largely unfamiliar with the process, we always had the sense we could trust Chuck and Cindy, and that they had everything under control. Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords.
