Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords. We got on much better deal on these two houses than we did with prior purchases mainly because of their excellent negotiating skills. They also have given us excellent recommendations for tradespeople. Thank you Chuck and Cindy. We'll be back the next time we want to make a purchase.

My husband and I bought our first home with Chuck and Cindy. Throughout this entire process, they have been exceptionally professional, courteous, responsive and patient. We relocated to North Carolina from out of state, which was especially challenging given that we weren't familiar with the area. Chuck spent a great deal of time acclimating us to the triangle in general and to various neighborhoods so we could narrow down options in the region. In addition, as first time buyers, he took special care to highlight the pros and cons of different homes and patiently answered our seemingly endless questions and phone calls. When I get an opportunity to recommend their services to friends and family, I do not hesitate.
