From the knowledge of the area, to helping us find a home that fit everything we wanted, to easing our minds about any last minute questions, Chuck and Cindy turned what could be a stressful process into a journey that they helped us on with relative ease. They worked around our schedule to find times that worked for our family's busy lifestyle. If you are in the market for a house, Chuck and Cindy would absolutely be our first choices for any of our friends or family!

When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Cindy and Chuck buying our home in Apex. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. They listened very closely to our needs/wants for a home and helped make sure we didn't settle for a house that did not meet those requirements. We had to bring our 1 years old with us to almost every appointment and they were always more than accommodating. I would absolutely use Cindy and Chuck the next time I buy/sell a home!

Cindy was very helpful in our home search. She's very knowledgeable about the Cary area, extremely professional and an experienced agent whom you want on your side when submitting offers. And once you have a signed contract, she really shines by helping clients through the inspection process. Definitely recommend her expertise when buying or selling a home!
