Cindy was our realtor when we purchased years ago. There was no doubt who I was going to call when I sold. House was sold in days. Chuck and Cindy are perfectionist and truly take pride in putting their clients first. I am looking for an investment property and have met with Chuck on multiple occasions. He has been diligent about helping me find the right property -- including taking me to auctions and doing the background research on properties. Cindy is an absolute spark plug and this team really plays off each other's strengths. While one is showing houses, the other is doing research and calling listings agents, the town of Apex for info or any number of things. I am confident we will find the right investment property when the right one comes along -- I wouldn't dream of working with another agent. I really trust these two.
