They gave us the valuable suggestions while negotiating with builder. I think Chuck and Cindy are very honest. They give their honest opinions and enables buyers to make the independent decisions. Chuck and Cindy were very attentive and knowledgeable yet not the least bit pushy. Both are consulate professionals who know the area market and all the ins and outs of purchasing a home. Their connections in the community are an added bonus. They responded promptly to every call, text, and email such that I always knew what was going on. Could not have been better.

When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Cindy was professional, and very knowledgeable and, more importantly, she listened. Satisfying two people is not always easy, but Cindy did a great job.
