The home buying process can be overwhelming, especially to a first time buyer, but they were there through each step to help me make the best choice in buying a home. I actually built my townhome and they were able to guide me through the decisions that are required when you must take into account the resale value of such an investment. Without their team, the process would have been very stressful. Their responsiveness to my calls and emails was awesome, which really made a big difference in my experience working with them vs. looking into other agents. I highly recommend that you work with Chuck and Cindy as their knowledge of the Triangle is second to none and they have great insight into the entire transaction process.
