Chuck and Cindy were unbelievably helpful and patient in helping my husband and I find a new home where we will raise a family. We had so many silly questions, and they were always so quick to answer and help keep us on track to make sure we got the keys to our perfect house! Throughout the entirety of the process of buying a home, Chuck and Cindy were very matter of fact, sensitive, and patient all at the same time. We really felt like they were looking out for us. We were also on a very strange schedule of only being able to work on "house stuff" on nights and weekends and Chuck and Cindy were so quick to accommodate our schedule (We put in an offer on a house at 9PM!) From start to finish, Chuck & Cindy have been constantly available via either email, phone, or text. We are dreaming of spending forever in our new home, but should we need to move in the future for any reason, we will definitely be calling Chuck & Cindy!!

After relocating to the Raleigh area from Connecticut in 2010 for work, we were clueless as to what the Triangle had to offer. We found that Chuck and Cindy were extremely knowledgeable about the area and they did an awesome job at helping us to pinpoint a location based on our criteria and the needs for our family. Unfortunately, we faced a little bit of a hiccup and were forced to put our house hunting search on hold due to an unforeseen change in our financial situation. Chuck and Cindy stuck by us every step of the way, and in the end helped us find an amazing home to call our own in 2011. Good agents with great contacts (an excellent painting contractor and his crew). their promotions are very good (impressive color brochure on my home) and they seem to understand the market (traffic during winters vs. summers). if the opportunity arises, I will use them again.

Chuck and Cindy have sold three homes for me over the years and I have purchased two through them as well. They know the market in the Triangle area and have helped me save on both sides of the transactions I have had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
