I would highly recommend Chuck and Cindy for any of your real estate needs. We are from out of state and not at all familiar with the area. We were also on a limited time frame, since we were here only a short time house hunting. Not only do Cindy and Chuck know the area very well, but they get to know their clients wants and wishes also, so they are not wasting your time showing you listings that you would have no desire to view, much less buy. They were always available on our time schedule and made us feel like we were their only clients and we were the most important on their list of many clients. Very professional and fun people!

Cindy worked with us on both ends of our home purchase in Cary -- buying in 2005 and selling in 2009 when we moved back home to Michigan. We were extremely pleased with both their expertise and their helpfulness, especially on the sale, which turned out to be more difficult than expected. I was nervous about purchasing a home and Cindy made it so easy and stress free. We looked at a LOT of homes, and Cindy could immediately tell if it was the house for me or not. She is so knowledgeable about the entire triangle area and will investigate things you would never think of – like if development is forthcoming. She’s always looking out for your best interest. He is such an expert on every aspect of home maintenance, that I was fully confident if was the perfect home for me when I made my offer. They are an amazing team & the only realtors I would use or recommend.

When we finally decided to purchase our next house Chuck and Cindy we there promptly to start the process. We sold our house in 48 hrs and for more than the asking price. They also are a great fountain of knowledge for local trades people to get any work done at your new house. I do not plan on moving again, but I would highly recommend them to others.
