Chuck & Cindy have sold 4 homes for us. They have become very dear friends, actually family, to our whole family. They were so kind and respectable to my father and came to his funeral when he passed. We have now moved out of state but they were very concerned and helpful with the purchase of our new home in Florida. Chuck and Cindy are the best real estate team in the area! I found and fell in love with my very first home over Easter weekend and THREE days later I was under contract. Chuck and Cindy worked me morning, noon and night that weekend to make sure I was completely satisfied and they were able to negotiate everything I wanted! As a young, single (at the time) female purchasing a home I always felt like Chuck and Cindy were looking out for me and my best interest. Throughout the process, I dubbed them "Mama Cindy" and "Uncle Chuck" because they quickly became like family.
