Chuck and Cindy were very attentive and knowledgeable yet not the least bit pushy. Both are consulate professionals who know the area market and all the ins and outs of purchasing a home. Their connections in the community are an added bonus. They responded promptly to every call, text, and email such that I always knew what was going on. Could not have been better.

I was nervous about purchasing a home and Cindy made it so easy and stress free. We looked at a LOT of homes, and Cindy could immediately tell if it was the house for me or not. She is so knowledgeable about the entire triangle area and will investigate things you would never think of – like if development is forthcoming. She’s always looking out for your best interest. He is such an expert on every aspect of home maintenance, that I was fully confident if was the perfect home for me when I made my offer.
