We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns). Next home we buy/sell, will definitely be with them. We could not be more pleased.

This is the most amazing team! They were able to deal with the most difficult and disrespectful buyers I have ever come across with unequalled patience, respect and common sense. They were able to get me through that very difficult time with a wonderful sense of humor for which I am tremendously grateful. When it came to my finding a new home - WOW! they nailed it! They knew exactly what I was looking for before I did (they listened very closely to my comments each time), and made that purchase a breeze. These two are a dream team - without equal.

When we hit a hiccup, they made sure to keep us posted on every update, from as small as, “there is no update yet”, to as large as “it’s time to close!” and everything in between! Chuck and Cindy are great and I would highly recommend them to assist with selling your existing home or buying a new home. They are an extremely efficient team. We sold our house in 48 hrs and for more than the asking price. They also are a great fountain of knowledge for local trades people to get any work done at your new house.
