Working with Chuck and Cindy was great. They are quite professional and have a depth of knowledge about the area, neighborhoods, and builders. This is the most amazing team! They were able to deal with the most difficult and disrespectful buyers I have ever come across with unequalled patience, respect and common sense. They were able to get me through that very difficult time with a wonderful sense of humor for which I am tremendously grateful. When it came to my finding a new home - WOW! they nailed it! They knew exactly what I was looking for before I did (they listened very closely to my comments each time), and made that purchase a breeze. These two are a dream team - without equal.

When I make reference to my realtorS (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Chuck and Cindy were very attentive and knowledgeable yet not the least bit pushy. Both are consulate professionals who know the area market and all the ins and outs of purchasing a home. Their connections in the community are an added bonus. They responded promptly to every call, text, and email such that I always knew what was going on. Could not have been better.

I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!
