Chuck and Cindy are best agents I have ever worked with and I have had 6 houses so I know what I am talking about. Chuck and Cindy sold our house for us in 2012. There was a signed contract within a month after the listing. We subsequently had mega trouble with the buyers being totally unreasonable and out of control to the point that the buyers' agent was exasperated with her clients. I was VERY glad we had these two as agents as they worked very hard to keep everything from deteriorating and from me losing my sanity.

Cindy is an excellent agent and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home in the triangle area.
