Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. I am not sure that it could have gone any better with any other realtor that I have ever heard of.

We closed on our townhome with Chuck and Cindy in December 2017, and we couldn't be happier! They were always available to help with questions and concerns.
