I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns). We found the perfect house for us and closed the deal that same weekend! We could not have done it without Chuck and Cindy’s efforts. Chuck and Cindy guided us through the entire purchasing process with ease. They were calm, cool and collected throughout the negotiations, due diligence period and closing, which helped us to remain calm, too. We could have not asked for better Realtors. The best part of the entire experience is not only did we purchase a gorgeous home but also we met some nice people in Chuck and Cindy!
