It was great working with Chuck and Cindy. My sister and I were selling an inherited home and Chuck and Cindy made the process relatively seamless. They were available to answer questions were very helpful in securing contractors to handle repairs. We were very satisfied with their services.

After interviewing a few agents, my husband and I decided to work with Cindy and Chuck. Our first home buying experience was not good, so we we were skeptical and worried about how we would be treated, and concerned no agent would ever look out for us. But Cindy and Chuck were great to work with. Most of our time was spent with Chuck as he loves to drive you all over Wake county until you find the right house! We sometimes worried we were taking forever to find our home but Cindy and Chuck were patient, not like other agents we have encountered. They understand it takes time and stick with you like you are still a new client throughout the process. Cindy met us several times as well, but her specialty with us was explaining all the legal terminology in the contracts and really taking charge of the business/legal side of things. She also showed us one house and said “this house has problems, let’s go” before we even went upstairs, which was awesome! Both of them were very available. I worked in real estate for about 14 months in another state and I learned more from Chuck & Cindy than I did from my classes, broker, and my own selling experiences. Chuck and Cindy have also been available to us since, to make recommendations for home contractors. In the end, we found what we think is the perfect house for us, in a town we didn’t think we’d be in – and we love it! We highly recommend them.

We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns). We recently closed on our first home! Chuck and Cindy made sure the entire process went as smoothly as possible! When we hit a hiccup, they made sure to keep us posted on every update, from as small as, “there is no update yet”, to as large as “it’s time to close!” and everything in between! They let us know what steps we needed to take, and how to make the home buying process as easy as possible! They are both very knowledgeable, and very easy to reach! They have a wealth of knowledgeable that comes with years of experience, anything you need to help you with your new home they "know a guy!"... Would highly recommend both of them!
