They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. They listened very closely to our needs/wants for a home and helped make sure we didn't settle for a house that did not meet those requirements. We bought a new construction property. Chuck and Cindy were very patient throughout the process. They took the time to explain the buying procedure for new construction homes. They gave us the valuable suggestions while negotiating with builder. I think Chuck and Cindy are very honest. They give their honest opinions and enables buyers to make the independent decisions. Good agents with great contacts (an excellent painting contractor and his crew). their promotions are very good (impressive color brochure on my home) and they seem to understand the market (traffic during winters vs. summers). if the opportunity arises, I will use them again.

I would highly recommend Chuck and Cindy for any of your real estate needs. We are from out of state and not at all familiar with the area. We were also on a limited time frame, since we were here only a short time house hunting. Not only do Cindy and Chuck know the area very well, but they get to know their clients wants and wishes also, so they are not wasting your time showing you listings that you would have no desire to view, much less buy. They were always available on our time schedule and made us feel like we were their only clients and we were the most important on their list of many clients. Very professional and fun people!
