Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. I am not sure that it could have gone any better with any other realtor that I have ever heard of.

I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns). They were able to get me through that very difficult time with a wonderful sense of humor for which I am tremendously grateful. When it came to my finding a new home - WOW! they nailed it!
