We subsequently had mega trouble with the buyers being totally unreasonable and out of control to the point that the buyers' agent was exasperated with her clients. It was great working with Chuck and Cindy. My sister and I were selling an inherited home and Chuck and Cindy made the process relatively seamless. They were available to answer questions were very helpful in securing contractors to handle repairs. We were very satisfied with their services.
