The home buying process can be overwhelming, especially to a first time buyer, but they were there through each step to help me make the best choice in buying a home. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Cindy was able to give advice to narrow the search for my home as a first time homebuyer by helping to explain comps and property value in different areas. She listens well and took that feedback to help understand my needs better thereby eliminating wasted time driving around to properties that did not fit my needs, even though when we started, I wasn't sure what those needs were. She reviewed properties for me daily as they came on the market and was able to notify me quickly of a townhome that fit my exact needs in a neighborhood where homes were coming off the market in under a week. She provides excellent customer service and prompt responses. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Even after my purchase, her team still kept in touch to find out how I was doing.
