When I make reference to my realtorS (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Chuck and Cindy were tremendous and an absolute pleasure to work with. Not once did we feel pressured to overspend or settle and we always felt like they had our best interests at heart. They had a deep knowledge of the area, born out of years of experience and we able to help us make an investment in an area we feel good about. Their experience was invaluable in considering the myriad of factors that go into finding the right home and navigating Triangle real estate. Along the way, both Chuck and Cindy were very hands on, meeting and communicating with us personally and promptly. They were patient when we had a seemingly endless stream of questions and helped lay out our options in an easy-to-understand manner. In dealing with negotiations and contract issues, they were professional and straight-forward helping us get the home we were after at a fair price. I truly can't say enough good things about Chuck and Cindy. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Triangle!

After relocating to the Raleigh area from Connecticut in 2010 for work, we were clueless as to what the Triangle had to offer. We found that Chuck and Cindy were extremely knowledgeable about the area and they did an awesome job at helping us to pinpoint a location based on our criteria and the needs for our family. Unfortunately, we faced a little bit of a hiccup and were forced to put our house hunting search on hold due to an unforeseen change in our financial situation.
