I actually built my townhome and they were able to guide me through the decisions that are required when you must take into account the resale value of such an investment. Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. As first time homebuyers we needed somebody to really walk alongside us and Chuck and Cidy were awesome! They were always available, it felt as if we were there only clients even though they had others to tend to. As a young family we are pretty spontaneous and they were always up for working with us when we'd ask for a showing that day!
