I have used them several times and by far are the best real estate team in the area. I can not speak more highly of them. They are able to handle bumps in the road with the best outcome. Have your best interest at heart and truly do care.

When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

We have used Chuck & Cindy's services both in selling and in buying (and selling and buying and selling!!) our home(s) in Apex and Raleigh--and even Sanford (where, although they were not as familiar with the market, they drove us around and showed us listed homes, using the office of an affiliated agent). We've recommended them to others, including both family and friends, who have, in turn, used them and recommended them to others; they're like a chain letter that actually pays off!! In all seriousness, they are, without question, the best brokers/Realtors we've ever used--and we used many before we met them, and one since we moved to SC a few years ago. Chuck and Cindy never met a stranger, and never met a buyer or seller for whom they could not find a suitable property. Their clients become their friends, and remain friends for life. Chuck & Cindy make the process of buying and selling (or selling and buying, or either) as painless and easy as it can be, from day 1 through closing; they take care of everything, either personally or through a vast array of service-providers in their network--painters, plumbers, electricians, handymen and so forth, mortgage brokers and lawyers--in fact, anyone you might need during the sale or purchase process. Chuck & Cindy are the only brokers/Realtors we'd ever use if we were looking to buy or sell property in the Triangle or the surrounding area.

Since the day Cindy helped us choosing our new home, until they day we sold it at top price, Cindy has been nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and always there when needed. Her team is excellent. There are not many words to express how satisfied we are with her services. We wish all real estate agents are like her!

I would highly recommend Chuck and Cindy for any of your real estate needs. We are from out of state and not at all familiar with the area. We were also on a limited time frame, since we were here only a short time house hunting. Not only do Cindy and Chuck know the area very well, but they get to know their clients wants and wishes also, so they are not wasting your time showing you listings that you would have no desire to view, much less buy. They were always available on our time schedule and made us feel like we were their only clients and we were the most important on their list of many clients. Very professional and fun people!
