The whole experience was more than buying a property, it was a smooth journey finding a place to call it home. They respected all of our inquiries and even went beyond by explaining us many details. No questions were left unanswered and we were very well educated. They are very thoughtful about everything and we will rely on their help in the future for sure. We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Chuck and Cindy sold our house in Apex last year and assisted us in the buying and building process of our new home. They helped us through every step, from being honest with us about what we needed to do to sell our home to helping us negotiate a purchase prices and being there for every meeting during the construction of our new home. Also, Chuck and Cindy are both very warm and friendly personally and always get back to you right away with any questions/concerns you have. Our house sold quickly and our home building experience was smooth with their help. I highly recommend Chuck and Cindy and if we ever decide to move again they will be the first people we call!

I was very pleased with the experience. I felt like I got good advice on upgrades to prepare for listing, pricing, and sales negotiation. Chuck and Cindy were instrumental in identifying and scheduling contractors and tradesmen to perform needed work within the needed time frame. Everything was handled pleasantly and professionally.
