Our experience with Chuck and Cindy has been nothing short of amazing! My husband and I were looking to purchase our first home in 2009, and a close relative recommended them. The knowledge that they have about local areas, their swift response during negotiations, and their expertise in real estate made us both confident that we made the best investment in buying our home. We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns). Chuck & Cindy have sold 4 homes for us. They have become very dear friends, actually family, to our whole family. They are so knowledgeable that whatever came up we say 'that's ok just call Chuck & Cindy, they will know what to do.' They were so kind and respectable to my father and came to his funeral when he passed. We have now moved out of state but they were very concerned and helpful with the purchase of our new home in Florida. They were on the phone, texting and email about our wire getting to us promptly to purchase the new home. We will never forget there kindness and friendship. I have now worked with just honest & trustworthy people. We have also became friends with their assistant Kristin and she also has the same attributes.
