I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Cindy and Chuck buying our home in Apex. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. Chuck and Cindy are awesome. They were supremely helpful with our home purchase in the very active Cary housing market. With Chuck and Cindy's help, we were able to view houses quickly after they arrived on the market. They were also instrumental in getting our offer accepted after being involved in multiple multi-offer situations. Their excellent negotiation skills helped us to get an item fixed even after the seller had said they were not fixing anything additional.
