I moved to Raleigh/Cary knowing no one. When I started my home search, I reached out to Chuck and was blown away by the results. Over the past 6 years, Chuck has always been a resource for me helping me to find legal services and accounting help. I will be in the market for another home in the next 2-3 years and there is no question who I will use!!

I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!
