Chuck and Cindy are not only experts at what they do, they are also very "down to earth" and make the buying/selling experience as easy and professional as it can possibly be. They not only provided excellent guidance that allowed us to sell our home in a timely manner and get an excellent price for the home, they were tremendous help in our locating and negotiating the purchase of our new home. My wife and I have bought and sold 6 homes prior to working with Chuck and Cindy, and they were the best real estate professionals we have ever worked with. More importantly, they never made us feel like we were under any pressure. In fact, they did a lot to help reduce the stress and pressure of both selling and buying. I was moving to NC from AZ by myself for a new job and needed help finding a rental property. I only had a couple of weeks to find a place, and rent it site unseen. Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time. Cindy even provided helpful input about potential areas that I had found online by myself. Cindy helped make my move easy and I will definitely use her again when I am ready to buy a house here in NC.
