She is so knowledgeable about the entire triangle area and will investigate things you would never think of – like if development is forthcoming. She’s always looking out for your best interest. Each time I found a house I was interested in, I’d asked Chuck to advise me about any issues with the house. He is such an expert on every aspect of home maintenance, that I was fully confident if was the perfect home for me when I made my offer. They are an amazing team & the only realtors I would use or recommend.

He is very knowledgable about construction so he warned us about any possible issues he noticed at the prospective homes. About 2 years ago, Chuck and Cindy were recommended to me by a friend who'd recently had a great experience with them.
