I loved how they were a team, because it doubled their responsiveness. They were always very quick to respond to appointment requests and emails. They get to know what you are looking for, both in buying and selling and never disappoint. They really care about the clients; something that not all agents do. I was moving to NC from AZ by myself for a new job and needed help finding a rental property. I only had a couple of weeks to find a place, and rent it site unseen. Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time. Cindy even provided helpful input about potential areas that I had found online by myself.
