They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. They listened very closely to our needs/wants for a home and helped make sure we didn't settle for a house that did not meet those requirements. Chuck and Cindy are great and I would highly recommend them to assist with selling your existing home or buying a new home. They are an extremely efficient team. We sold our house in 48 hrs and for more than the asking price. They also are a great fountain of knowledge for local trades people to get any work done at your new house.
