Cindy and Chuck made the process of purchasing my first home easy and stress free! All of my questions were answered...even ones I didn't realize I had. I never felt like my best interest wasn't being kept in mind. I recommend them to anyone I know thinking about buying a home!

I moved to Raleigh/Cary knowing no one. When I started my home search, I reached out to Chuck and was blown away by the results. Even though I was buying a home that was less then half of what Chuck usually sells, I was treated like I was buying a $500K house. Over the past 6 years, Chuck has always been a resource for me helping me to find legal services and accounting help. I will be in the market for another home in the next 2-3 years and there is no question who I will use!!

The whole experience was more than buying a property, it was a smooth journey finding a place to call it home. They respected all of our inquiries and even went beyond by explaining us many details. Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. I am not sure that it could have gone any better with any other realtor that I have ever heard of.

We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns). Next home we buy/sell, will definitely be with them. We could not be more pleased.
