I was moving to NC from AZ by myself for a new job and needed help finding a rental property. I only had a couple of weeks to find a place, and rent it site unseen. Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time. Cindy even provided helpful input about potential areas that I had found online by myself. Cindy helped make my move easy and I will definitely use her again when I am ready to buy a house here in NC.

We closed on our townhome with Chuck and Cindy in December 2017, and we couldn't be happier! They were always available to help with questions and concerns. About 2 years ago, Chuck and Cindy were recommended to me by a friend who'd recently had a great experience with them. I decided to check them out and I'm so happy I did because they helped me find my first home, which was so much more than I was expecting and in a wonderful area. They made the whole process a snap and made the experience of buying a home for the first time a lot less scary. Both of them are very flexible and extremely accessible, so even if you work all day, they'll find time to make something work for you. I don't have family in NC, but they were truly like family throughout the whole process of finding my home. They don't push you in any one direction and are genuinely interested in making you happy. It was a great experience over all and when I sell my home a few years down the road, they've already got the job as far as I'm concerned. I love living in my house now, but when it comes time to sell it, I'm confident they'll find a buyer with a great price and I know the process with be just as nice as the first.
