It was a true pleasure working with Chuck and Cindy. Their professionalism, knowledge of the area, attentiveness and advice couldn't be overstated. They are truly great at their jobs and genuinely seem to enjoy it. My wife and I found the transition from out of state to the Raleigh area much more manageable through the help and guidance of Chuck and Cindy. Chuck & Cindy have sold 4 homes for us. They have become very dear friends, actually family, to our whole family. Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. I am not sure that it could have gone any better with any other realtor that I have ever heard of.
