I was very pleased with the experience. I felt like I got good advice on upgrades to prepare for listing, pricing, and sales negotiation. Chuck and Cindy were instrumental in identifying and scheduling contractors and tradesmen to perform needed work within the needed time frame. Everything was handled pleasantly and professionally.

Chuck and Cindy were my agents of choice for my first home-buying decision. The home buying process can be overwhelming, especially to a first time buyer, but they were there through each step to help me make the best choice in buying a home. I actually built my townhome and they were able to guide me through the decisions that are required when you must take into account the resale value of such an investment. Without their team, the process would have been very stressful. I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!
