I was moving to NC from AZ by myself for a new job and needed help finding a rental property. I only had a couple of weeks to find a place, and rent it site unseen. Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time. Cindy even provided helpful input about potential areas that I had found online by myself. Cindy helped make my move easy and I will definitely use her again when I am ready to buy a house here in NC.

When I make reference to my realtorS (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

After relocating to the Raleigh area from Connecticut in 2010 for work, we were clueless as to what the Triangle had to offer. I've never seen a team quite like Chuck and Cindy. I needed to sell my property ASAP and looked on Zillow to find representation. I submitted three inquiries and Cindy called me back within hours - I was in their office the next day getting the paperwork together to list. They talked about their process, teamwork, service level, etc....they under-sold themselves because their service was above and beyond what they told me. Out of the gate their recommended price point to sell fast was spot on (24 hrs) and negotiation skills got us above asking. They coordinated directly with my tenants for access, they did home visits to pick up and drop off checks/paperwork, they took the home inspection to a contractor immediately and presented a fair quote within days and even did a power of attorney to complete the closing in our absence all without additional fees. Overall you can't find a better team to assist you if you need to sell and I look forward to working with them again in the coming years!
