We are 100% satisfied with our experience. From start to finish, they were extremely attentive and always responsive when we had questions or wanted to see different homes. They were very patient with us and helped us find our perfect home even when I was convinced the perfect home was not to be found! We had one home fall through and I was devastated. I don't have family in NC, but they were truly like family throughout the whole process of finding my home. They don't push you in any one direction and are genuinely interested in making you happy. It was a great experience over all and when I sell my home a few years down the road, they've already got the job as far as I'm concerned. I love living in my house now, but when it comes time to sell it, I'm confident they'll find a buyer with a great price and I know the process with be just as nice as the first.
