Chuck and Cindy make a great team! They are both very knowledgeable and friendly. I found Cindy to be respectful of our "wants" and also point out the "needs" we didn't even know we had as first time homeowners! She responds to phone calls and emails promptly which instilled confidence in us throughout the house hunting process. They were integral in finding responsible tenants for our rental unit as well. Chuck and Cindy came highly recommend to me through friends and they lived up to every bit of the hype. They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my home buying experience was effective, efficient, and low pressure. Chuck and Cindy were very knowledgeable about every area we went and looked at and the longest time I think I went without hearing from them when I had contacted them was maybe 10 minutes. They have been a delight, and I would definitely use them again.

We were also on a limited time frame, since we were here only a short time house hunting. Not only do Cindy and Chuck know the area very well, but they get to know their clients wants and wishes also, so they are not wasting your time showing you listings that you would have no desire to view, much less buy. They were always available on our time schedule and made us feel like we were their only clients and we were the most important on their list of many clients. Very professional and fun people!

5 stars are not enough for Chuck and Cindy. We are very fortunate that we have had their expertise in the many transactions made over the last couple of years. When I get an opportunity to recommend their services to friends and family, I do not hesitate. I consider Cindy's negotiation skills to be top notch and I like having a warrior, like her, that will fight for your needs, wants and desires. I highly recommend Chuck and Cindy!!!
