Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords. We got on much better deal on these two houses than we did with prior purchases mainly because of their excellent negotiating skills. They also have given us excellent recommendations for tradespeople. Thank you Chuck and Cindy. We'll be back the next time we want to make a purchase.

Chuck and Cindy are one of the very best we've worked with. Very skilled at their craft, responsive and available. We worked with them on finding a new home, selling our existing home and then eventually selling that new home as we left NC. I would work with them again if we were moving back to the area. About 2 years ago, Chuck and Cindy were recommended to me by a friend who'd recently had a great experience with them. I decided to check them out and I'm so happy I did because they helped me find my first home, which was so much more than I was expecting and in a wonderful area. They made the whole process a snap and made the experience of buying a home for the first time a lot less scary. Both of them are very flexible and extremely accessible, so even if you work all day, they'll find time to make something work for you. I don't have family in NC, but they were truly like family throughout the whole process of finding my home. They don't push you in any one direction and are genuinely interested in making you happy. It was a great experience over all and when I sell my home a few years down the road, they've already got the job as far as I'm concerned. I love living in my house now, but when it comes time to sell it, I'm confident they'll find a buyer with a great price and I know the process with be just as nice as the first. If you need help buying or selling your home, talk to these guys; you won't regret it.

Good agents with great contacts (an excellent painting contractor and his crew). their promotions are very good (impressive color brochure on my home) and they seem to understand the market (traffic during winters vs. summers). if the opportunity arises, I will use them again.
