About 2 years ago, Chuck and Cindy were recommended to me by a friend who'd recently had a great experience with them. I decided to check them out and I'm so happy I did because they helped me find my first home, which was so much more than I was expecting and in a wonderful area. They made the whole process a snap and made the experience of buying a home for the first time a lot less scary. Both of them are very flexible and extremely accessible, so even if you work all day, they'll find time to make something work for you. I don't have family in NC, but they were truly like family throughout the whole process of finding my home. They don't push you in any one direction and are genuinely interested in making you happy. It was a great experience over all and when I sell my home a few years down the road, they've already got the job as far as I'm concerned. I love living in my house now, but when it comes time to sell it, I'm confident they'll find a buyer with a great price and I know the process with be just as nice as the first. I met Chuck and Cindy in 2012 when I was thinking about selling my condo. When I decided to purchase a home this year, I was very happy to contact them again. I really like their easy-going and pleasant manner and am impressed with their expertise and knowledgeable of the market. Chuck and Cindy are the best real estate team in the area! I found and fell in love with my very first home over Easter weekend and THREE days later I was under contract. Chuck and Cindy worked me morning, noon and night that weekend to make sure I was completely satisfied and they were able to negotiate everything I wanted! As a young, single (at the time) female purchasing a home I always felt like Chuck and Cindy were looking out for me and my best interest. Throughout the process, I dubbed them "Mama Cindy" and "Uncle Chuck" because they quickly became like family. Not only were they incredibly kind, responsive, and really listened to what I wanted, they linked me with ALL of their many contacts - mortgage lender, home inspector, handyman, closing attorney, etc. They never pressured me to use their recommendations, but I'm so glad I did because they were all just as knowledgeable and professional as Chuck and Cindy. There are just so many perks to working with them! I would recommend Chuck and Cindy to anyone looking for a pair of agents who know the area better than any realtor in town and are committed to working hard for their clients.

We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns). Next home we buy/sell, will definitely be with them. We could not be more pleased.
