Chuck and Cindy were wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable about the market and local area, and always eager to answer questions. I loved how they were a team, because it doubled their responsiveness. They were always very quick to respond to appointment requests and emails. As first time home buyers and largely unfamiliar with the process, we always had the sense we could trust Chuck and Cindy, and that they had everything under control. It was a pleasure to work with them, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

My husband and I heard about Chuck and Cindy through several friends who were more than pleased with their experience. From the start of our first home search we felt like they presented themselves professionally. They were quick to respond to us and helped explain things in a way we could understand. They took what we wanted and set up several homes for us to visit that were also inside our price range. We fell in love with the house and are still currently living in it. The process was so smooth and we would definitely recommend working with Chuck and Cindy. If we ever decide to move elsewhere in the area we will most certainly contact them again.

Chuck and Cindy were amazing agents. They were able to explain everything in terms that made perfect sense and take any of my concerns into account. They were very responsive and able to anticipate almost all of my questions, showing how much experience they have in the field. And they were very good about telling me the reasons behind their opinions and recommendations, they wanted me to be well informed and not just follow their lead without question. Not to mention they found me a home that had everything I wanted and more! You can't do better than these two.

We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns).
