The power of a team! Before we choose an agent we interviewed a few people and quickly realized that two was better than one. Chuck & Cindy compliment each others talents well. Chuck walked every home in great detail, he spent as much time educating us on the outside of the home as he did the inside. Most importantly he made us feel empowered with knowledge. Cindy's attention to detail and fast response time made us feel as if we were the only clients they were working with. Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. I am not sure that it could have gone any better with any other realtor that I have ever heard of.
