I met Chuck and Cindy in 2012 when I was thinking about selling my condo. When I decided to purchase a home this year, I was very happy to contact them again. I really like their easy-going and pleasant manner and am impressed with their expertise and knowledgeable of the market. Chuck and Cindy exceeded my expectations and I am very satisfied with the service they provided.

Chuck and Cindy were unbelievably helpful and patient in helping my husband and I find a new home where we will raise a family. We had so many silly questions, and they were always so quick to answer and help keep us on track to make sure we got the keys to our perfect house! Throughout the entirety of the process of buying a home, Chuck and Cindy were very matter of fact, sensitive, and patient all at the same time. We really felt like they were looking out for us. We were also on a very strange schedule of only being able to work on "house stuff" on nights and weekends and Chuck and Cindy were so quick to accommodate our schedule (We put in an offer on a house at 9PM!) From start to finish, Chuck & Cindy have been constantly available via either email, phone, or text. We are dreaming of spending forever in our new home, but should we need to move in the future for any reason, we will definitely be calling Chuck & Cindy!!

We closed on our townhome with Chuck and Cindy in December 2017, and we couldn't be happier! They were always available to help with questions and concerns. What's more, Chuck and Cindy have been so helpful helping us get set up with local service providers. Their local knowledge is evident in everything they do. Chuck and Cindy clearly care about helping their clients find the perfect home while also helping them to navigate a very competitive market!

We were referred to them by our son and had a wonderful experience with them in the purchasing of our town home as it was being built. great because we were at least eight hours away. Cindy kept an eye on the contraction and headed off many possible problems. If and when we seek and move they will be our first contact.

Everything from being shown my new home, to making the offer, and all the way up to closing. They are professional, kind, work hard, and very communicative.
