Chuck and Cindy sold our house in Apex last year and assisted us in the buying and building process of our new home. They helped us through every step, from being honest with us about what we needed to do to sell our home to helping us negotiate a purchase prices and being there for every meeting during the construction of our new home. Chuck and Cindy sold our house for us in 2012. There was a signed contract within a month after the listing. We subsequently had mega trouble with the buyers being totally unreasonable and out of control to the point that the buyers' agent was exasperated with her clients. I was VERY glad we had these two as agents as they worked very hard to keep everything from deteriorating and from me losing my sanity.
