Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords. Chuck and Cindy were my agents of choice for my first home-buying decision. The home buying process can be overwhelming, especially to a first time buyer, but they were there through each step to help me make the best choice in buying a home. I actually built my townhome and they were able to guide me through the decisions that are required when you must take into account the resale value of such an investment. Without their team, the process would have been very stressful. Their responsiveness to my calls and emails was awesome, which really made a big difference in my experience working with them vs. looking into other agents. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!).
