I am looking for an investment property and have met with Chuck on multiple occasions. He has been diligent about helping me find the right property -- including taking me to auctions and doing the background research on properties. Cindy is an absolute spark plug and this team really plays off each other's strengths. While one is showing houses, the other is doing research and calling listings agents, the town of Apex for info or any number of things. I am confident we will find the right investment property when the right one comes along -- I wouldn't dream of working with another agent. I really trust these two.
This is the most amazing team! They were able to deal with the most difficult and disrespectful buyers I have ever come across with unequalled patience, respect and common sense. Cindy worked with us on both ends of our home purchase in Cary -- buying in 2005 and selling in 2009 when we moved back home to Michigan. We were extremely pleased with both their expertise and their helpfulness, especially on the sale, which turned out to be more difficult than expected. They really stepped up to the plate and made sure that what needed to be done got done under a very tight deadline for the closing. We couldn't have gotten it done without the experience and hard work that they both provided.
