We are 100% satisfied with our experience. From start to finish, they were extremely attentive and always responsive when we had questions or wanted to see different homes. They were very patient with us and helped us find our perfect home even when I was convinced the perfect home was not to be found! We had one home fall through and I was devastated. After relocating to the Raleigh area from Connecticut in 2010 for work, we were clueless as to what the Triangle had to offer. The power of a team! Before we choose an agent we interviewed a few people and quickly realized that two was better than one. Chuck & Cindy compliment each others talents well. Chuck walked every home in great detail, he spent as much time educating us on the outside of the home as he did the inside. Most importantly he made us feel empowered with knowledge. Chuck and Cindy are the best real estate team in the area! I found and fell in love with my very first home over Easter weekend and THREE days later I was under contract.
