They had a deep knowledge of the area, born out of years of experience and we able to help us make an investment in an area we feel good about. About 2 years ago, Chuck and Cindy were recommended to me by a friend who'd recently had a great experience with them. I decided to check them out and I'm so happy I did because they helped me find my first home, which was so much more than I was expecting and in a wonderful area. They made the whole process a snap and made the experience of buying a home for the first time a lot less scary. Both of them are very flexible and extremely accessible, so even if you work all day, they'll find time to make something work for you. I don't have family in NC, but they were truly like family throughout the whole process of finding my home. They don't push you in any one direction and are genuinely interested in making you happy. It was a great experience over all and when I sell my home a few years down the road, they've already got the job as far as I'm concerned. I love living in my house now, but when it comes time to sell it, I'm confident they'll find a buyer with a great price and I know the process with be just as nice as the first. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Cindy was able to give advice to narrow the search for my home as a first time homebuyer by helping to explain comps and property value in different areas. She listens well and took that feedback to help understand my needs better thereby eliminating wasted time driving around to properties that did not fit my needs, even though when we started, I wasn't sure what those needs were. She reviewed properties for me daily as they came on the market and was able to notify me quickly of a townhome that fit my exact needs in a neighborhood where homes were coming off the market in under a week. She provides excellent customer service and prompt responses. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Even after my purchase, her team still kept in touch to find out how I was doing.
