When we finally decided to purchase our next house Chuck and Cindy we there promptly to start the process. We sold our house in 48 hrs and for more than the asking price. I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me.
