My husband and I bought our first home with Chuck and Cindy. Throughout this entire process, they have been exceptionally professional, courteous, responsive and patient. We relocated to North Carolina from out of state, which was especially challenging given that we weren't familiar with the area. Chuck spent a great deal of time acclimating us to the triangle in general and to various neighborhoods so we could narrow down options in the region. In addition, as first time buyers, he took special care to highlight the pros and cons of different homes and patiently answered our seemingly endless questions and phone calls. Loved working with Cindy. She was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable. We looked at many houses before finally choosing the one we bought, and Cindy was patient in the process! Chuck and Cindy were unbelievably helpful and patient in helping my husband and I find a new home where we will raise a family.
