Chuck and Cindy sold our house in Apex last year and assisted us in the buying and building process of our new home. They helped us through every step, from being honest with us about what we needed to do to sell our home to helping us negotiate a purchase prices and being there for every meeting during the construction of our new home. Also, Chuck and Cindy are both very warm and friendly personally and always get back to you right away with any questions/concerns you have. Our house sold quickly and our home building experience was smooth with their help. I highly recommend Chuck and Cindy and if we ever decide to move again they will be the first people we call!

It is not often that you meet people that do their job well; however, when we met Chuck and Cindy we met two people that did it all well – we hit the jackpot! Normally, when you go to a realtor, you are assisted by one person; well Chuck and Cindy work together to find you the right house at the right price. We were from out of state, so they also took this into account, preparing a list of houses for us to look at and providing the list to us for review before we arrived. From the moment we met Chuck and Cindy at their office, we felt comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. We spent a few days driving around with Chuck looking at houses. Chuck grew up in the area, so he would also tell us about each area and show us everything the area had to offer; schools, shopping, restaurants, everything! If we liked a particular house, Chuck would call Cindy asking her to check out things on that particular house. It really helped us make the right decision at the right time. We found the perfect house for us and closed the deal that same weekend! We could not have done it without Chuck and Cindy’s efforts. Chuck and Cindy guided us through the entire purchasing process with ease. They were calm, cool and collected throughout the negotiations, due diligence period and closing, which helped us to remain calm, too. We could have not asked for better Realtors. The best part of the entire experience is not only did we purchase a gorgeous home but also we met some nice people in Chuck and Cindy! My husband and I heard about Chuck and Cindy through several friends who were more than pleased with their experience. From the start of our first home search we felt like they presented themselves professionally. They were quick to respond to us and helped explain things in a way we could understand. They took what we wanted and set up several homes for us to visit that were also inside our price range. We fell in love with the house and are still currently living in it. We are 100% satisfied with our experience. From start to finish, they were extremely attentive and always responsive when we had questions or wanted to see different homes. They were very patient with us and helped us find our perfect home even when I was convinced the perfect home was not to be found! We had one home fall through and I was devastated. Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. I am not sure that it could have gone any better with any other realtor that I have ever heard of.
