Our experience with Chuck and Cindy was excellent. They are both great realtors and also great listeners. They helped us clearly identify our wants and needs before we ever stepped foot into a home. We are 100% satisfied with our experience. From start to finish, they were extremely attentive and always responsive when we had questions or wanted to see different homes. They were very patient with us and helped us find our perfect home even when I was convinced the perfect home was not to be found! We had one home fall through and I was devastated. I worked with Chuck and Cindy in 2009/2010 on the attempted sale of my home. While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time. I worked for his business in high school and part time after graduating from UNC. So I am overly familiar with the home buying and selling process.
