They never tried to push us toward a home larger (or more expensive) than we needed, and always treated us fairly and with respect. Chuck had an incredible depth of knowledge and experience with home inspections and what to look for as far as the safety and soundness of the property. Cindy was amazing at tackling the logistics of VA home buying. To have the both of them as a team on our side made the process so much less stressful and so much more successful. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time. Cindy even provided helpful input about potential areas that I had found online by myself.
