We closed on our townhome with Chuck and Cindy in December 2017, and we couldn't be happier! They were always available to help with questions and concerns. What's more, Chuck and Cindy have been so helpful helping us get set up with local service providers. Their local knowledge is evident in everything they do. Chuck and Cindy clearly care about helping their clients find the perfect home while also helping them to navigate a very competitive market!

Chuck and Cindy were unbelievably helpful and patient in helping my husband and I find a new home where we will raise a family. We had so many silly questions, and they were always so quick to answer and help keep us on track to make sure we got the keys to our perfect house! Throughout the entirety of the process of buying a home, Chuck and Cindy were very matter of fact, sensitive, and patient all at the same time. We really felt like they were looking out for us. We were also on a very strange schedule of only being able to work on "house stuff" on nights and weekends and Chuck and Cindy were so quick to accommodate our schedule (We put in an offer on a house at 9PM!) From start to finish, Chuck & Cindy have been constantly available via either email, phone, or text. We are dreaming of spending forever in our new home, but should we need to move in the future for any reason, we will definitely be calling Chuck & Cindy!!

We want to express our gratefulness to Cindy and Chuck that they helped us to find the place that we were looking for. The whole experience was more than buying a property, it was a smooth journey finding a place to call it home. They respected all of our inquiries and even went beyond by explaining us many details. No questions were left unanswered and we were very well educated. They are very thoughtful about everything and we will rely on their help in the future for sure. I couldn't imagine a better experience to what they delivered.

Chuck and Cindy were extremely knowledgable and helpful during the home buying process, being my first home purchase I did not know much about the process. Chuck and Cindy were there at any time if I had any concerns or questions during the home buying process.

We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns). Next home we buy/sell, will definitely be with them. We could not be more pleased.
