It had been a long time since we had last purchased/sold a home, so it was a relief for our listing to be in their very capable, expert hands. They quickly listed our home, with the latest industry bells and whistles, and generated a lot of buyer traffic. They sold our home in less than 24 hours. Overall, their "process" was smooth and relatively stress free for our family, which I attribute to the considerable amount of time that they spent, providing guidance and answering our many questions. Looking back on our experience, I really appreciate that Chuck and Cindy do in fact work as a team and coordinate with each other very well. If one was tied up with a personal or client matter, which is understandable, the other would quickly follow-up and was fully in the know about our situation.

We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns). Next home we buy/sell, will definitely be with them. We could not be more pleased.

Chuck and Cindy were amazing agents. They were able to explain everything in terms that made perfect sense and take any of my concerns into account. They were very responsive and able to anticipate almost all of my questions, showing how much experience they have in the field. And they were very good about telling me the reasons behind their opinions and recommendations, they wanted me to be well informed and not just follow their lead without question. Not to mention they found me a home that had everything I wanted and more! You can't do better than these two.

Chuck and Cindy are awesome. They were supremely helpful with our home purchase in the very active Cary housing market. With Chuck and Cindy's help, we were able to view houses quickly after they arrived on the market. They were also instrumental in getting our offer accepted after being involved in multiple multi-offer situations. Their excellent negotiation skills helped us to get an item fixed even after the seller had said they were not fixing anything additional. In addition, they were very pleasant to work with, responsive to emails, and very professional.

Good agents with great contacts (an excellent painting contractor and his crew). their promotions are very good (impressive color brochure on my home) and they seem to understand the market (traffic during winters vs. summers). if the opportunity arises, I will use them again.
