Cindy was our realtor when we purchased years ago. There was no doubt who I was going to call when I sold. House was sold in days. Chuck and Cindy are perfectionist and truly take pride in putting their clients first. I was so happy to have them and they referred us to another realtor in a different state when we moved and she was phenomenal too. I will miss you Cindy.

Chuck & Cindy are the only brokers/Realtors we'd ever use if we were looking to buy or sell property in the Triangle or the surrounding area.

Chuck and Cindy make a great team! They are both very knowledgeable and friendly. I found Cindy to be respectful of our "wants" and also point out the "needs" we didn't even know we had as first time homeowners! 5 stars are not enough for Chuck and Cindy. We are very fortunate that we have had their expertise in the many transactions made over the last couple of years. When I get an opportunity to recommend their services to friends and family, I do not hesitate. I consider Cindy's negotiation skills to be top notch and I like having a warrior, like her, that will fight for your needs, wants and desires. I highly recommend Chuck and Cindy!!!
