Chuck and Cindy make a great team! They are both very knowledgeable and friendly. I found Cindy to be respectful of our "wants" and also point out the "needs" we didn't even know we had as first time homeowners! She responds to phone calls and emails promptly which instilled confidence in us throughout the house hunting process. They were integral in finding responsible tenants for our rental unit as well. I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!

Cindy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She handled everything with ease and always responded so fast via phone or email. She is the nicest woman and hands down the best realtor in the area. I recommend her to everyone and had 3 other's buy from her and they all say the same thing. So professional but down to earth and outgoing personality. Loved working with her.
