What you expect when you buy a house, (a) Honest Feedback (b) Firm with your negotiations to Owner (c) work based on your need (d) flexible with time and dates in case you are working on your finance (e) Commitment, whatever have been said that will happen as is, No false promisees. Chuck and Cindy are awesome. They were supremely helpful with our home purchase in the very active Cary housing market. With Chuck and Cindy's help, we were able to view houses quickly after they arrived on the market. They were also instrumental in getting our offer accepted after being involved in multiple multi-offer situations. Their excellent negotiation skills helped us to get an item fixed even after the seller had said they were not fixing anything additional. In addition, they were very pleasant to work with, responsive to emails, and very professional.
