I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. When I make reference to my realtorS (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Chuck and Cindy are awesome. They were supremely helpful with our home purchase in the very active Cary housing market. With Chuck and Cindy's help, we were able to view houses quickly after they arrived on the market. They were also instrumental in getting our offer accepted after being involved in multiple multi-offer situations. Their excellent negotiation skills helped us to get an item fixed even after the seller had said they were not fixing anything additional. In addition, they were very pleasant to work with, responsive to emails, and very professional.
