They are truly great at their jobs and genuinely seem to enjoy it. I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!

I've never seen a team quite like Chuck and Cindy. I needed to sell my property ASAP and looked on Zillow to find representation. I submitted three inquiries and Cindy called me back within hours - I was in their office the next day getting the paperwork together to list. They talked about their process, teamwork, service level, etc....they under-sold themselves because their service was above and beyond what they told me. Out of the gate their recommended price point to sell fast was spot on (24 hrs) and negotiation skills got us above asking. They coordinated directly with my tenants for access, they did home visits to pick up and drop off checks/paperwork, they took the home inspection to a contractor immediately and presented a fair quote within days and even did a power of attorney to complete the closing in our absence all without additional fees. Overall you can't find a better team to assist you if you need to sell and I look forward to working with them again in the coming years!
