Chuck and Cindy are the best real estate team in the area! I found and fell in love with my very first home over Easter weekend and THREE days later I was under contract. Chuck and Cindy worked me morning, noon and night that weekend to make sure I was completely satisfied and they were able to negotiate everything I wanted! As a young, single (at the time) female purchasing a home I always felt like Chuck and Cindy were looking out for me and my best interest. Throughout the process, I dubbed them "Mama Cindy" and "Uncle Chuck" because they quickly became like family. About 2 years ago, Chuck and Cindy were recommended to me by a friend who'd recently had a great experience with them. I decided to check them out and I'm so happy I did because they helped me find my first home, which was so much more than I was expecting and in a wonderful area. I worked with Chuck and Cindy in 2009/2010 on the attempted sale of my home. While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time.
