They had a deep knowledge of the area, born out of years of experience and we able to help us make an investment in an area we feel good about. Their experience was invaluable in considering the myriad of factors that go into finding the right home and navigating Triangle real estate. Along the way, both Chuck and Cindy were very hands on, meeting and communicating with us personally and promptly. Not only I am a first-time home buyer, but I am a foreigner, so you can imagine how confused I was about the whole process. Chuck and Cindy guided me through all the process and were extremely patient with all my queries. When visiting a house they thought and let me know of tons of details that would have never occurred to me in order to make the best decision. I was particularly impressed by their availability, we visited houses and had calls at all times of the day. It's been about 6 months since I purchased my house and they continue to be in touch, just to see how everything is going and even to give me a pie for Thanksgiving!
