I was nervous about purchasing a home and Cindy made it so easy and stress free. We looked at a LOT of homes, and Cindy could immediately tell if it was the house for me or not. She is so knowledgeable about the entire triangle area and will investigate things you would never think of – like if development is forthcoming. She’s always looking out for your best interest. Each time I found a house I was interested in, I’d asked Chuck to advise me about any issues with the house. He is such an expert on every aspect of home maintenance, that I was fully confident if was the perfect home for me when I made my offer. They are an amazing team & the only realtors I would use or recommend.

About 2 years ago, Chuck and Cindy were recommended to me by a friend who'd recently had a great experience with them. I decided to check them out and I'm so happy I did because they helped me find my first home, which was so much more than I was expecting and in a wonderful area. They made the whole process a snap and made the experience of buying a home for the first time a lot less scary. Both of them are very flexible and extremely accessible, so even if you work all day, they'll find time to make something work for you. I don't have family in NC, but they were truly like family throughout the whole process of finding my home. They don't push you in any one direction and are genuinely interested in making you happy. It was a great experience over all and when I sell my home a few years down the road, they've already got the job as far as I'm concerned. I love living in my house now, but when it comes time to sell it, I'm confident they'll find a buyer with a great price and I know the process with be just as nice as the first. Chuck and Cindy are the best real estate team in the area! I found and fell in love with my very first home over Easter weekend and THREE days later I was under contract. Chuck and Cindy worked me morning, noon and night that weekend to make sure I was completely satisfied and they were able to negotiate everything I wanted! As a young, single (at the time) female purchasing a home I always felt like Chuck and Cindy were looking out for me and my best interest. Throughout the process, I dubbed them "Mama Cindy" and "Uncle Chuck" because they quickly became like family. Not only were they incredibly kind, responsive, and really listened to what I wanted, they linked me with ALL of their many contacts - mortgage lender, home inspector, handyman, closing attorney, etc. They never pressured me to use their recommendations, but I'm so glad I did because they were all just as knowledgeable and professional as Chuck and Cindy. There are just so many perks to working with them!
