When we finally decided to purchase our next house Chuck and Cindy we there promptly to start the process. We sold our house in 48 hrs and for more than the asking price. They also are a great fountain of knowledge for local trades people to get any work done at your new house. I do not plan on moving again, but I would highly recommend them to others.

It is not often that you meet people that do their job well; however, when we met Chuck and Cindy we met two people that did it all well – we hit the jackpot! Normally, when you go to a realtor, you are assisted by one person; well Chuck and Cindy work together to find you the right house at the right price. We were from out of state, so they also took this into account, preparing a list of houses for us to look at and providing the list to us for review before we arrived. If we liked a particular house, Chuck would call Cindy asking her to check out things on that particular house. It really helped us make the right decision at the right time. We found the perfect house for us and closed the deal that same weekend! We could not have done it without Chuck and Cindy’s efforts. They were calm, cool and collected throughout the negotiations, due diligence period and closing, which helped us to remain calm, too. We could have not asked for better Realtors.
