He is very genuine and trustworthy. Cindy is very well organized and detail oriented. Each is an expert and would be great to have as an agent by themselves, but they work as a team and provide better coverage than any one realtor alone could. Chuck and Cindy are best agents I have ever worked with and I have had 6 houses so I know what I am talking about. They get to know what you are looking for, both in buying and selling and never disappoint. They really care about the clients; something that not all agents do. Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. I am not sure that it could have gone any better with any other realtor that I have ever heard of.
I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!
Chuck and Cindy sold my home for me, doing an excellent job taking my through the complete end to end process. Any time I needed something, they quickly responded and kept me going in the right direction. They also helped both of my children purchase their first homes. I highly recommend them!!!
