Chuck and Cindy are not only experts at what they do, they are also very "down to earth" and make the buying/selling experience as easy and professional as it can possibly be. They not only provided excellent guidance that allowed us to sell our home in a timely manner and get an excellent price for the home, they were tremendous help in our locating and negotiating the purchase of our new home. My wife and I have bought and sold 6 homes prior to working with Chuck and Cindy, and they were the best real estate professionals we have ever worked with. More importantly, they never made us feel like we were under any pressure. In fact, they did a lot to help reduce the stress and pressure of both selling and buying. I would highly recommend Chuck and Cindy for any of your real estate needs. We are from out of state and not at all familiar with the area. We were also on a limited time frame, since we were here only a short time house hunting. Not only do Cindy and Chuck know the area very well, but they get to know their clients wants and wishes also, so they are not wasting your time showing you listings that you would have no desire to view, much less buy. They were always available on our time schedule and made us feel like we were their only clients and we were the most important on their list of many clients. Very professional and fun people!

Chuck and Cindy were amazing agents. They were able to explain everything in terms that made perfect sense and take any of my concerns into account. They were very responsive and able to anticipate almost all of my questions, showing how much experience they have in the field.
