After relocating to the Raleigh area from Connecticut in 2010 for work, we were clueless as to what the Triangle had to offer. We found that Chuck and Cindy were extremely knowledgeable about the area and they did an awesome job at helping us to pinpoint a location based on our criteria and the needs for our family. Unfortunately, we faced a little bit of a hiccup and were forced to put our house hunting search on hold due to an unforeseen change in our financial situation. It is not often that you meet people that do their job well; however, when we met Chuck and Cindy we met two people that did it all well – we hit the jackpot! Normally, when you go to a realtor, you are assisted by one person; well Chuck and Cindy work together to find you the right house at the right price. We were from out of state, so they also took this into account, preparing a list of houses for us to look at and providing the list to us for review before we arrived. From the moment we met Chuck and Cindy at their office, we felt comfortable and we knew we were in good hands. We spent a few days driving around with Chuck looking at houses. Chuck grew up in the area, so he would also tell us about each area and show us everything the area had to offer; schools, shopping, restaurants, everything! If we liked a particular house, Chuck would call Cindy asking her to check out things on that particular house. It really helped us make the right decision at the right time. We found the perfect house for us and closed the deal that same weekend! We could not have done it without Chuck and Cindy’s efforts. Chuck and Cindy guided us through the entire purchasing process with ease. They were calm, cool and collected throughout the negotiations, due diligence period and closing, which helped us to remain calm, too. We could have not asked for better Realtors. The best part of the entire experience is not only did we purchase a gorgeous home but also we met some nice people in Chuck and Cindy! Not only I am a first-time home buyer, but I am a foreigner, so you can imagine how confused I was about the whole process. Chuck and Cindy guided me through all the process and were extremely patient with all my queries. When visiting a house they thought and let me know of tons of details that would have never occurred to me in order to make the best decision. I was particularly impressed by their availability, we visited houses and had calls at all times of the day. It's been about 6 months since I purchased my house and they continue to be in touch, just to see how everything is going and even to give me a pie for Thanksgiving! Chuck and Cindy were unbelievably helpful and patient in helping my husband and I find a new home where we will raise a family. We had so many silly questions, and they were always so quick to answer and help keep us on track to make sure we got the keys to our perfect house! Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team.
