I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!

We were referred to them by our son and had a wonderful experience with them in the purchasing of our town home as it was being built. great because we were at least eight hours away. Cindy kept an eye on the contraction and headed off many possible problems. If and when we seek and move they will be our first contact.

Cindy was the first Realtor that was willing to help me find a rental property, since I still had to sell my house in AZ. She was quick to respond to me and provided me with a potential list of rentals in a very short turn-around time. Cindy helped make my move easy and I will definitely use her again when I am ready to buy a house here in NC.
