They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. Chuck & Cindy have sold 4 homes for us. They have become very dear friends, actually family, to our whole family. They were so kind and respectable to my father and came to his funeral when he passed.
