Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. I am not sure that it could have gone any better with any other realtor that I have ever heard of.

As first time homebuyers we needed somebody to really walk alongside us and Chuck and Cidy were awesome! They were always available, it felt as if we were there only clients even though they had others to tend to. As a young family we are pretty spontaneous and they were always up for working with us when we'd ask for a showing that day! Very knowledgable and HUGE bank of professionals for any work or estimates you may need done.

I don't have family in NC, but they were truly like family throughout the whole process of finding my home. They don't push you in any one direction and are genuinely interested in making you happy. It was a great experience over all and when I sell my home a few years down the road, they've already got the job as far as I'm concerned. I love living in my house now, but when it comes time to sell it, I'm confident they'll find a buyer with a great price and I know the process with be just as nice as the first. If you need help buying or selling your home, talk to these guys; you won't regret it.
