It was a true pleasure working with Chuck and Cindy. Their professionalism, knowledge of the area, attentiveness and advice couldn't be overstated. They are truly great at their jobs and genuinely seem to enjoy it. My wife and I found the transition from out of state to the Raleigh area much more manageable through the help and guidance of Chuck and Cindy. We always felt like they were looking out for our best interests. We would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for agents.

When I make reference to my realtors (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Chuck and Cindy are not only experts at what they do, they are also very "down to earth" and make the buying/selling experience as easy and professional as it can possibly be. They not only provided excellent guidance that allowed us to sell our home in a timely manner and get an excellent price for the home, they were tremendous help in our locating and negotiating the purchase of our new home. My wife and I have bought and sold 6 homes prior to working with Chuck and Cindy, and they were the best real estate professionals we have ever worked with. More importantly, they never made us feel like we were under any pressure. In fact, they did a lot to help reduce the stress and pressure of both selling and buying. Could not imagine anyone being better at what they do.

Chuck and Cindy were unbelievably helpful and patient in helping my husband and I find a new home where we will raise a family. We had so many silly questions, and they were always so quick to answer and help keep us on track to make sure we got the keys to our perfect house! Throughout the entirety of the process of buying a home, Chuck and Cindy were very matter of fact, sensitive, and patient all at the same time. We really felt like they were looking out for us. We were also on a very strange schedule of only being able to work on "house stuff" on nights and weekends and Chuck and Cindy were so quick to accommodate our schedule (We put in an offer on a house at 9PM!) From start to finish, Chuck & Cindy have been constantly available via either email, phone, or text. We are dreaming of spending forever in our new home, but should we need to move in the future for any reason, we will definitely be calling Chuck & Cindy!!

Cindy is an excellent agent and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home in the triangle area. As a first time homebuyer I was new to the process and Cindy helped me every step of the way from negotiating an offer with the builder to recommending specific products for my home. She understands the local market and is well-versed in everything from financing to contracts and in-home features. I felt very comfortable working with her - she was responsive, articulate, and always made my best interests a priority.
