We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns). Next home we buy/sell, will definitely be with them. We could not be more pleased.

They assisted us with the purchase of two investment properties. They are highly knowledge about the local real estate conditions and have lots of helpful tips about becoming landlords. We got on much better deal on these two houses than we did with prior purchases mainly because of their excellent negotiating skills. Our experience with Chuck and Cindy was excellent. They are both great realtors and also great listeners. They helped us clearly identify our wants and needs before we ever stepped foot into a home. We are 100% satisfied with our experience. From start to finish, they were extremely attentive and always responsive when we had questions or wanted to see different homes. They were very patient with us and helped us find our perfect home even when I was convinced the perfect home was not to be found! We had one home fall through and I was devastated. Cindy assured me over and over that there was a better house for us and she was exactly right. Cannot say enough about our positive experience with Chuck and Cindy!

I have used Cindy and Chuck to purchase two properties and also to sell two properties. They really know what they are doing. Because of their preparation like the video tour, etc. both of our sales occurred within a week of listing. They are great help on purchasing also.
