Without going into too many details, this was a difficult sale. There seemed to be serious obstacles at every turn. Chuck and Cindy handled every difficulty quickly and professionally. We were able to close the sale with both the seller and buyer very satisfied with the process and the outcome. I am not sure that it could have gone any better with any other realtor that I have ever heard of.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Cindy and Chuck buying our home in Apex. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. They gave us the valuable suggestions while negotiating with builder. I think Chuck and Cindy are very honest. They give their honest opinions and enables buyers to make the independent decisions.
