This is my First House and Cindy made this buy not only easy but was always there for us whether it's day or night helping the questions and concerns. What you expect when you buy a house, (a) Honest Feedback (b) Firm with your negotiations to Owner (c) work based on your need (d) flexible with time and dates in case you are working on your finance (e) Commitment, whatever have been said that will happen as is, No false promisees. We have worked with Chuck and Cindy twice and we have been extremely happy both times. They are super friendly and easy to work with. I was always able to get a hold of them when I needed to ask a question, and they were happy to answer them ( as silly as some of the question probably were!). We were confident that Chuck and Cindy would get us a great price when selling and buying our homes. Neither Chuck or Cindy minded showing us a zillion houses, even some repeatedly. Home selling and buying is super stressful and anxiety provoking for me, but Chuck and Cindy were understanding and patient ( even when I had some mini meltdowns).
