I worked with Chuck and Cindy in 2009/2010 on the attempted sale of my home. While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time. I worked for his business in high school and part time after graduating from UNC. So I am overly familiar with the home buying and selling process. For me to say that Chuck and Cindy are two of the best realtors I have worked with is a very high compliment with a lot of experience and knowledge supporting my claim.

Chuck and Cindy are not only experts at what they do, they are also very "down to earth" and make the buying/selling experience as easy and professional as it can possibly be. They not only provided excellent guidance that allowed us to sell our home in a timely manner and get an excellent price for the home, they were tremendous help in our locating and negotiating the purchase of our new home. My wife and I have bought and sold 6 homes prior to working with Chuck and Cindy, and they were the best real estate professionals we have ever worked with. More importantly, they never made us feel like we were under any pressure. In fact, they did a lot to help reduce the stress and pressure of both selling and buying. I am looking for an investment property and have met with Chuck on multiple occasions. He has been diligent about helping me find the right property -- including taking me to auctions and doing the background research on properties. Cindy is an absolute spark plug and this team really plays off each other's strengths. While one is showing houses, the other is doing research and calling listings agents, the town of Apex for info or any number of things. I am confident we will find the right investment property when the right one comes along -- I wouldn't dream of working with another agent. I really trust these two.
