Chuck and Cindy are the best real estate team in the area! I found and fell in love with my very first home over Easter weekend and THREE days later I was under contract. Chuck and Cindy worked me morning, noon and night that weekend to make sure I was completely satisfied and they were able to negotiate everything I wanted! As a young, single (at the time) female purchasing a home I always felt like Chuck and Cindy were looking out for me and my best interest. Throughout the process, I dubbed them "Mama Cindy" and "Uncle Chuck" because they quickly became like family. Not only were they incredibly kind, responsive, and really listened to what I wanted, they linked me with ALL of their many contacts - mortgage lender, home inspector, handyman, closing attorney, etc. They never pressured me to use their recommendations, but I'm so glad I did because they were all just as knowledgeable and professional as Chuck and Cindy. There are just so many perks to working with them! Chuck and Cindy are best agents I have ever worked with and I have had 6 houses so I know what I am talking about. They get to know what you are looking for, both in buying and selling and never disappoint. They really care about the clients; something that not all agents do. As far as recommending them; I have and everyone has used them has been very pleased. If you are buying or selling USE THEM!!!!
