Chuck and Cindy were simply amazing! They listened to our wants and needs and provided outstanding results. We needed a smaller home and budget, and Chuck and Cindy came through. They never tried to push us toward a home larger (or more expensive) than we needed, and always treated us fairly and with respect. Chuck had an incredible depth of knowledge and experience with home inspections and what to look for as far as the safety and soundness of the property. Cindy was amazing at tackling the logistics of VA home buying. To have the both of them as a team on our side made the process so much less stressful and so much more successful. Cindy is an excellent agent and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home in the triangle area. As a first time homebuyer I was new to the process and Cindy helped me every step of the way from negotiating an offer with the builder to recommending specific products for my home. She understands the local market and is well-versed in everything from financing to contracts and in-home features. I felt very comfortable working with her - she was responsive, articulate, and always made my best interests a priority.

I've never seen a team quite like Chuck and Cindy. I needed to sell my property ASAP and looked on Zillow to find representation. I submitted three inquiries and Cindy called me back within hours - I was in their office the next day getting the paperwork together to list. They talked about their process, teamwork, service level, etc....they under-sold themselves because their service was above and beyond what they told me. Out of the gate their recommended price point to sell fast was spot on (24 hrs) and negotiation skills got us above asking. They coordinated directly with my tenants for access, they did home visits to pick up and drop off checks/paperwork, they took the home inspection to a contractor immediately and presented a fair quote within days and even did a power of attorney to complete the closing in our absence all without additional fees. Overall you can't find a better team to assist you if you need to sell and I look forward to working with them again in the coming years!
