What you expect when you buy a house, (a) Honest Feedback (b) Firm with your negotiations to Owner (c) work based on your need (d) flexible with time and dates in case you are working on your finance (e) Commitment, whatever have been said that will happen as is, No false promisees. My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Cindy and Chuck buying our home in Apex. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. They listened very closely to our needs/wants for a home and helped make sure we didn't settle for a house that did not meet those requirements. We had to bring our 1 years old with us to almost every appointment and they were always more than accommodating. I would absolutely use Cindy and Chuck the next time I buy/sell a home!
Good agents with great contacts (an excellent painting contractor and his crew). their promotions are very good (impressive color brochure on my home) and they seem to understand the market (traffic during winters vs. summers). if the opportunity arises, I will use them again.
