When I make reference to my realtorS (plural), I give other the impression I have a whole team working for me. In truth, I do. Chuck and Cindy have an unusual partnership set up. This works to the client's benefit in several ways. First, with twice the realtor, the chance one of them is available when I need help seems to be twice as high. Second, they bring complimentary skills to the table, so you get the best parts of two great realtors in one package. Third, for all the important decisions--i.e., our initial consultation, our first day of home browsing, our discussion about whether to make an offer, our discussions about how to negotiate, our meeting about how to price the home we were selling, the discussion of what changes we need to make to the house, etc.--they were both involved. I really did get two great realtors for the price of one.

Chuck and Cindy sold my home for me, doing an excellent job taking my through the complete end to end process. Any time I needed something, they quickly responded and kept me going in the right direction. They also helped both of my children purchase their first homes. I highly recommend them!!!

Chuck & Cindy have sold 4 homes for us. They have become very dear friends, actually family, to our whole family. They are so knowledgeable that whatever came up we say 'that's ok just call Chuck & Cindy, they will know what to do.' They were so kind and respectable to my father and came to his funeral when he passed. We have now moved out of state but they were very concerned and helpful with the purchase of our new home in Florida. They were on the phone, texting and email about our wire getting to us promptly to purchase the new home. We will never forget there kindness and friendship. I would highly recommend Chuck and Cindy for any of your real estate needs. We are from out of state and not at all familiar with the area. We were also on a limited time frame, since we were here only a short time house hunting. Not only do Cindy and Chuck know the area very well, but they get to know their clients wants and wishes also, so they are not wasting your time showing you listings that you would have no desire to view, much less buy. They were always available on our time schedule and made us feel like we were their only clients and we were the most important on their list of many clients. Very professional and fun people!
