What you expect when you buy a house, (a) Honest Feedback (b) Firm with your negotiations to Owner (c) work based on your need (d) flexible with time and dates in case you are working on your finance (e) Commitment, whatever have been said that will happen as is, No false promisees. Cindy is an excellent agent and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home in the triangle area. As a first time homebuyer I was new to the process and Cindy helped me every step of the way from negotiating an offer with the builder to recommending specific products for my home. After interviewing a few agents, my husband and I decided to work with Cindy and Chuck. Our first home buying experience was not good, so we we were skeptical and worried about how we would be treated, and concerned no agent would ever look out for us. But Cindy and Chuck were great to work with. Most of our time was spent with Chuck as he loves to drive you all over Wake county until you find the right house! We sometimes worried we were taking forever to find our home but Cindy and Chuck were patient, not like other agents we have encountered. They understand it takes time and stick with you like you are still a new client throughout the process. Cindy met us several times as well, but her specialty with us was explaining all the legal terminology in the contracts and really taking charge of the business/legal side of things. She also showed us one house and said “this house has problems, let’s go” before we even went upstairs, which was awesome! Both of them were very available. I worked in real estate for about 14 months in another state and I learned more from Chuck & Cindy than I did from my classes, broker, and my own selling experiences. Chuck and Cindy have also been available to us since, to make recommendations for home contractors. In the end, we found what we think is the perfect house for us, in a town we didn’t think we’d be in – and we love it! We highly recommend them.
