Not only I am a first-time home buyer, but I am a foreigner, so you can imagine how confused I was about the whole process. When visiting a house they thought and let me know of tons of details that would have never occurred to me in order to make the best decision. Good agents with great contacts (an excellent painting contractor and his crew). their promotions are very good (impressive color brochure on my home) and they seem to understand the market (traffic during winters vs. summers). if the opportunity arises, I will use them again.
