From the knowledge of the area, to helping us find a home that fit everything we wanted, to easing our minds about any last minute questions, Chuck and Cindy turned what could be a stressful process into a journey that they helped us on with relative ease. They worked around our schedule to find times that worked for our family's busy lifestyle. Over the last 20 years, I have worked with 7 real estate agents (including Chuck and Cindy). I have very little that is positive to say about the first 5, but Chuck and Cindy are an awesome team. We recently closed on our first home! Chuck and Cindy made sure the entire process went as smoothly as possible! When we hit a hiccup, they made sure to keep us posted on every update, from as small as, “there is no update yet”, to as large as “it’s time to close!” and everything in between! They let us know what steps we needed to take, and how to make the home buying process as easy as possible! They are both very knowledgeable, and very easy to reach! They have a wealth of knowledgeable that comes with years of experience, anything you need to help you with your new home they "know a guy!"... Would highly recommend both of them!

I am looking for an investment property and have met with Chuck on multiple occasions. He has been diligent about helping me find the right property -- including taking me to auctions and doing the background research on properties. Cindy is an absolute spark plug and this team really plays off each other's strengths. While one is showing houses, the other is doing research and calling listings agents, the town of Apex for info or any number of things. I am confident we will find the right investment property when the right one comes along -- I wouldn't dream of working with another agent. I really trust these two.
