There are many more hurtles to clear than I expected but they did a great job of keeping me informed of what was coming next. It could have been an extremely stressful process with a less responsive, prepared agent. I would certainly recommend and use again.

Overall, their "process" was smooth and relatively stress free for our family, which I attribute to the considerable amount of time that they spent, providing guidance and answering our many questions. Looking back on our experience, I really appreciate that Chuck and Cindy do in fact work as a team and coordinate with each other very well. If one was tied up with a personal or client matter, which is understandable, the other would quickly follow-up and was fully in the know about our situation.
