From the knowledge of the area, to helping us find a home that fit everything we wanted, to easing our minds about any last minute questions, Chuck and Cindy turned what could be a stressful process into a journey that they helped us on with relative ease. They worked around our schedule to find times that worked for our family's busy lifestyle. My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Cindy and Chuck buying our home in Apex. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in (Apex, Holly Springs, Cary and Clayton) and were very honest with us about both the pros and cons to every house we looked at. I contacted C&C through the referral of a friend. Cindy worked with me for several months touring through just about every new listing on the market within my budget. Although I was being picky, as a first time home buyer, Cindy made me feel like she was really on my side and didn't want me to fall into a bad buy. Since I was shopping for my house alone, it was nice to feel like someone with the right knowledge was trying to protect me. We spent lots of quality time together during my search and I eventually ended up with a house I love and still live in 5 years later. Both Chuck and Cindy were very patient with me and never made me feel like I was being rushed - they are really about quality service and give everyone pies every thanksgiving :) I have referred several of my friends and family members to them since!

Chuck and Cindy have sold three homes for me over the years and I have purchased two through them as well. They know the market in the Triangle area and have helped me save on both sides of the transactions I have had. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
