Chuck and Cindy came highly recommend to me through friends and they lived up to every bit of the hype. They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my home buying experience was effective, efficient, and low pressure. Chuck and Cindy were very knowledgeable about every area we went and looked at and the longest time I think I went without hearing from them when I had contacted them was maybe 10 minutes. They have been a delight, and I would definitely use them again.

Chuck & Cindy make the process of buying and selling (or selling and buying, or either) as painless and easy as it can be, from day 1 through closing; they take care of everything, either personally or through a vast array of service-providers in their network--painters, plumbers, electricians, handymen and so forth, mortgage brokers and lawyers--in fact, anyone you might need during the sale or purchase process. Chuck & Cindy are the only brokers/Realtors we'd ever use if we were looking to buy or sell property in the Triangle or the surrounding area.

Chuck and Cindy make a great team! They are both very knowledgeable and friendly. Chuck and Cindy were unbelievably helpful and patient in helping my husband and I find a new home where we will raise a family. We had so many silly questions, and they were always so quick to answer and help keep us on track to make sure we got the keys to our perfect house! Throughout the entirety of the process of buying a home, Chuck and Cindy were very matter of fact, sensitive, and patient all at the same time. We really felt like they were looking out for us. We were also on a very strange schedule of only being able to work on "house stuff" on nights and weekends and Chuck and Cindy were so quick to accommodate our schedule (We put in an offer on a house at 9PM!) From start to finish, Chuck & Cindy have been constantly available via either email, phone, or text. We are dreaming of spending forever in our new home, but should we need to move in the future for any reason, we will definitely be calling Chuck & Cindy!!
