I submitted three inquiries and Cindy called me back within hours - I was in their office the next day getting the paperwork together to list. They coordinated directly with my tenants for access, they did home visits to pick up and drop off checks/paperwork, they took the home inspection to a contractor immediately and presented a fair quote within days and even did a power of attorney to complete the closing in our absence all without additional fees.
