Chuck and Cindy sold our house for us in 2012. There was a signed contract within a month after the listing. We subsequently had mega trouble with the buyers being totally unreasonable and out of control to the point that the buyers' agent was exasperated with her clients. I was VERY glad we had these two as agents as they worked very hard to keep everything from deteriorating and from me losing my sanity.

My husband and I bought our first home with Chuck and Cindy. Throughout this entire process, they have been exceptionally professional, courteous, responsive and patient. We relocated to North Carolina from out of state, which was especially challenging given that we weren't familiar with the area. Chuck spent a great deal of time acclimating us to the triangle in general and to various neighborhoods so we could narrow down options in the region. Chuck and Cindy were unbelievably helpful and patient in helping my husband and I find a new home where we will raise a family. We had so many silly questions, and they were always so quick to answer and help keep us on track to make sure we got the keys to our perfect house! Throughout the entirety of the process of buying a home, Chuck and Cindy were very matter of fact, sensitive, and patient all at the same time. We really felt like they were looking out for us. We were also on a very strange schedule of only being able to work on "house stuff" on nights and weekends and Chuck and Cindy were so quick to accommodate our schedule (We put in an offer on a house at 9PM!)
