They were very responsive and able to anticipate almost all of my questions, showing how much experience they have in the field. And they were very good about telling me the reasons behind their opinions and recommendations, they wanted me to be well informed and not just follow their lead without question. Chuck & Cindy have sold 4 homes for us. They have become very dear friends, actually family, to our whole family.
