After interviewing a few agents, my husband and I decided to work with Cindy and Chuck. Our first home buying experience was not good, so we we were skeptical and worried about how we would be treated, and concerned no agent would ever look out for us. But Cindy and Chuck were great to work with. Most of our time was spent with Chuck as he loves to drive you all over Wake county until you find the right house! We sometimes worried we were taking forever to find our home but Cindy and Chuck were patient, not like other agents we have encountered. They understand it takes time and stick with you like you are still a new client throughout the process. Cindy met us several times as well, but her specialty with us was explaining all the legal terminology in the contracts and really taking charge of the business/legal side of things. She also showed us one house and said “this house has problems, let’s go” before we even went upstairs, which was awesome! Both of them were very available. I worked in real estate for about 14 months in another state and I learned more from Chuck & Cindy than I did from my classes, broker, and my own selling experiences. Chuck and Cindy have also been available to us since, to make recommendations for home contractors. In the end, we found what we think is the perfect house for us, in a town we didn’t think we’d be in – and we love it! We highly recommend them.

I worked with Chuck and Cindy in 2009/2010 on the attempted sale of my home. While we did not sell the home, due to reasons unrelated to Chuck and Cindy's efforts, I was very impressed with their professionalism. I am a very difficult person to impress in this area since my father was a General Contractor and home builder in Greensboro for 17 years (1980 to 1997) and my mother was a realtor at the same time. I worked for his business in high school and part time after graduating from UNC. So I am overly familiar with the home buying and selling process.
