In addition to assisting us with the home buying and building process they have recommended many local contractors and service companies that have done great work for us. I would use them for any future home buying or selling and highly recommend them.

Chuck & Cindy are the only brokers/Realtors we'd ever use if we were looking to buy or sell property in the Triangle or the surrounding area.

Cindy worked with us on both ends of our home purchase in Cary -- buying in 2005 and selling in 2009 when we moved back home to Michigan. We were extremely pleased with both their expertise and their helpfulness, especially on the sale, which turned out to be more difficult than expected. They really stepped up to the plate and made sure that what needed to be done got done under a very tight deadline for the closing. We couldn't have gotten it done without the experience and hard work that they both provided.
