I would highly recommend Cindy and Chuck. They sold me a house two years ago and I still keep in touch with them. They are very professional and are always there to help out. Chuck has come over and helped me at my house and I can always call Cindy for advice. I will use them again!

Chuck and Cindy were my agents of choice for my first home-buying decision. I actually built my townhome and they were able to guide me through the decisions that are required when you must take into account the resale value of such an investment. Without their team, the process would have been very stressful. Their responsiveness to my calls and emails was awesome, which really made a big difference in my experience working with them vs. looking into other agents. Chuck and Cindy are the best real estate team in the area! I found and fell in love with my very first home over Easter weekend and THREE days later I was under contract. Chuck and Cindy worked me morning, noon and night that weekend to make sure I was completely satisfied and they were able to negotiate everything I wanted! As a young, single (at the time) female purchasing a home I always felt like Chuck and Cindy were looking out for me and my best interest. Throughout the process, I dubbed them "Mama Cindy" and "Uncle Chuck" because they quickly became like family. Not only were they incredibly kind, responsive, and really listened to what I wanted, they linked me with ALL of their many contacts - mortgage lender, home inspector, handyman, closing attorney, etc. They never pressured me to use their recommendations, but I'm so glad I did because they were all just as knowledgeable and professional as Chuck and Cindy.
